Very pleased with our stay. Hotel is in safe location next to a Hyatt and near a Walmart, Sam's Club, and numerous eating establishments. Hotel is very well maintained and public areas and our room were clean and inviting. We had a 1-bedroom suite which was large and well furnished. The king bed was comfortable and had numerous pillows. Breakfast was very good with waffles, yogurts & 4 different fruit toppings, eggs, potatoes, etc. Only negatives were I couldn't get the business center printer to work and our Platinum status wasn't recognized at check-in. We did not use the pool or fitness center.

One of the best stays! Very clean, super comfortable beds. Javier the general manager was amazing, did more then aGM does, visible to guests! Sam, the guest check in person went over and beyond helping us. So friendly and helpful. I don’t know the name of the breakfast young man but he too was super . He knew very little English but had a translator app And communicated very well. Kept the area totally stocked ands clean. Highly recommend this place!

Pros: The studio suites are ginormus with a full kitchen pretty much. Full fridge, hotplate, dishes, cutlery, ceramic mugs and glassware including wine goblets. The beds are very comfortable. Clean rooms. Separate toilet/shower plus bathroom vanity area. Great size gym. Nice size pool without tons of chlorine. The hallways are VERY wide and quiet and all the stairwells are carpeted and VERY clean. Huge elevator. Breakfast was good but the meat has no browning as its all brought in already cooked and the ovens just heat stuff up. Fresh fruit .....with loads of seating area. Coffee was subpar. Cons: No cleaning or kitchen staff speaks English at this hotel as they are all from Columbia. They only use their phones to interpret what you're saying/asking. There are no caucasians at this hotel in front desk so if you have no issue then thats great. Front desk staff are adequate. We did have a couple issues as our stay was longer and they were finally resolved however 'guests are not always right...'

We stayed for 8 nights in this newer property. We loved the larger rooms, kitchenette, comfortable beds, quiet hallways and large gym. We did experience an issue as housekeeping will only do a complete change in the room after 7 days (although they will do a light change of towels/ garbage etc as needed). On the 7th day I requested an entire room make up and it was promised but not done. There is only one person (the asst manager of housekeeping, Evon Ishak) out of three. managers and one front desk person that seems to get it. No one would take responsibility or offer a proper apology and make it right except Evon, who was amazing. I suggest that every manager and front desk person get more training from her. I've travelled to Franklin three times in the last 12 months and stayed at other hotels (Hyatt Place in Cool Springs and Embassy Suites) and I would return to the others before this one only because when there is an issue you expect to have management that take responsibility, offer apologies and make it right.

The property and staff at Staybridge Suites Franklin were fantastic. I do want to point out Diana specifically. I had made an error in my reservation, but she was able to help resolve it quickly with no issue. I also noticed her interacting with other guests throughout my stay and her welcoming, friendly demeanor are exactly what you hope for as a traveler. She made my stay much more enjoyable!!
