7 Bedroom Beach House with POOL!! Gulf Front and Bay Front

Beautiful home, gorgeous views This house was just as lovely as we’d hoped. Views are gorgeous. Beach was perfect for looking for shells, swimming and even dolphin sightings. Plenty of towels, nice rooms and wonderful kitchen. Our adults had the main house and kids were in the downstairs unit. Be advised that stairs to connect up to down are outside. Not an issue for us.

Perfect AGP House We loved the house! Perfect for a large family. The owners have though of everything from pool floats to beach chairs to a crock pot! The pool is an added bonus and the close walk to the Tiki Hut makes for a fun afternoon. Loved our stay.

Total beach experience This property was everything as advertised. The pool was a perfect addition to great private non crowded beach vacation. Excellent facility and location.

Wonderful long weekend! My family stayed at this beautiful house for my son’s graduation from FSU. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. I have never rented a home that had a kitchen stocked as well as this one. Everything you could want was there for cooking. They even have the little things like tin foil, all the spices, sharp knives, coffee filters, and extra paper towels if needed. I could go on and on. We also all felt such a sense of peacefulness while there. The views from every room of the gulf and also the bay made it even better. Every person had a view from their room. The walks on the beach were amazing with so much sea life! We saw sting rays, dolphins feeding, very large clams, hermit crabs and tons of beautiful birds. We all felt like we had been there for at least a week when it was only 3 nights. The elevator & ramp was an extra plus for my family. Made it so that the grandparents could enjoy the graduation get together without any trouble. This is a piece of paradise not to miss!!

Great Thanksgiving From the arrival, this house was even more than the substantial description on VRBO. They are not kidding when they say the kitchen is stocked, the bathrooms are ready, the bedrooms are comfortable! Everything was spotless clean and EVERYTHING was provided! We brought Thanksgiving dinner and cooked it there. No problem! 5 adults, 4 kids, no problem! Plenty of hot water, clean towels, LOTS of space to play games, have adult time, send kids to play Xbox. Also the island felt very safe and quiet. Absolutely no complaints and we hope to visit again this summer!
