This area where hotel is has amenities so it’s not just an airport hotel. New hotel, everything feels and smells fresh! Room comes with kitchenette - with pots, stove, fridge, coffee machine and microwave - u can grab groceries from the supermarket around the corner. Ironing facilities. For shower - only 1 type of soap is given - so BYO if you need others. Climate controlled - comfortable in winter. Love the heater in bathroom - great for quick drying of small items like socks. As the reviews pointed out, free shuttle from Airport (both terminals) but pay €6 per person for hotel to airport shuttle. Shuttle is on time. First ride is 545am. About 10 mins. Fast check in. Walkable to train station to get into town.

Excellent hotel especially if you like to stay near Frankfurt Airport. 24h staff, free fast WiFi all room amenities you will ever need and if you need more blankets, pillows ect you can ask staff to provide you. Lastly there are various restaurants and even supermarket if you wish to explore the area.

Free airport shuttle pickup at airport level 2 btw exit 8-9. Need to pay a fee for airport drop off. Rewe supermarket just 2 mins walk. Train station Gateway Garden is within walking distance. Excellent service from hotel staff.

The hotel location is very convenient, you can take the free shuttle bus to the hotel , the bus stop is near the A6 exit door. We arrive early and the reception lady is so kind and good and helps us a lot. The room is very good and the bed is comfortable. Next time will definitely come back

The best team ever ! Friendly and supportive GM. Rooms are fresh and with high quality furniture. Room are equipped with kitchen and nespresso coffee machine. 1 stop by S bahn, 5 minute drive by taxi from frankfurt international airport. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus. Frankfurt central station is 3-4 s bahn stops away, with direct line. Perfect for business travelers, families and tourists.

Close to airport. The room is small but has everything you need. Good for staying a night for transit.

In general we love the hotel and the location as it is close to the airport. However the front office staffs was not very helpful. I reported that the tv remote from my bedroom was not working and therefore couldn't watch the tv. But they didn't seem to be bothered by it as they didn't do anything to solve the problem and I remained without tv.
