Staff is so helpful and attentive, they upgraded my room to the family room without additional charge because I have a 4-year-old kid. Location is jut walking distance to the city center.

Close to skyline plaza and just 3 stops to frankfurt main station and i had a fridge in the room, which was great for snacks and drinks.

Room is so small. It didn't look like the picture. Reception area smell not good for me.

Great hotel. Room was large and with tv and desk. Nice staff to.

Basic equipment for a single person room. But the door and soundproofing between rooms are not good. At the time am staying( 12pm) the sounds of opening and closing doors and banging on doors were very noisy

discriminated against by the staff! I booked a room on Trip and chose to pay after arriving at the store, but I was told that I could not stay when checking in, so I could only change to a hotel with a score of only 2.9 near the railway station, and the hotel did not refund the price difference!
