Rezeption freundlich. Ein Aus checken ohne Probleme. Zu bemängeln gibt es nur das Frühstück. Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken ist Perfekt aber es gibt 3 Punkte die extrem verbessert werden müssen.
1. Dies ist Generell ein Problem und zumutung in allen Hotels was an Brötchen (Semmeln) angeboten wird. Teils noch kalt vom einfrieren und hart als würden sie schon Monaten liegen. Ist es nicht möglich frische Brötchen anzubieten.
2. Diesmal extrem im Hotel aufgefallen. Rührei und Bacon ( Bauchspeck) leider kalt. Für mich macht es keinen Sinn zu beginn der Frückstückszeit massen an Speck und Eier herzustellen . Wenn leute dann um 8 Uhr ( Sonntag) zum frühstücken kommen , Die Eier oben eine Haut haben und der Speck kalt ist.
3. Ich verstehe das es schwer ist Personal zubekommen, aber das Personal im Früchstücksraum sollte Basiswissen in der Gastronomie haben. Es kann nicht sein, das man sich zb eine Scheibe Brot schmiert , auf steht um sich noch eine Tasse Kaffee holt, zurück am Tisch ist und fest stellt das der Tisch abgeräumt wurde. Ein anderes Beispiel vom Tag zuvor , Personal greif zwischen den Personen über den Tisch und räumt Teller und Leere Tassen ab.

Viaje para un montaje en la feria de Frankfurt. es un poco largo el trayecto pie con una maleta desde la feria, pero depende de cada persona. Muy amable el personal, sobre todo una chica española muy diligente. Tienen opciones sin gluten. Volveré

This hotel was first stop on our recent COSMOS tour of Germany. We had a HORRIBLE experience. We were first given key to a room that was already occupied. Next room was two floors up. It was an extremely hot day and there was no air conditioning. Seemed like heat was blowing out of vents. Opened window and got very little ventilation. Front desk provided a small fan/heater combo unit that put out lukewarm air. I had nightmares of being a lobster being cooked in a boiling pot of water -- the room was that hot and miserable!

The Frankfurt Messe Hotel is a typical business hotel that offers good sleep in a bit worn room. I like the workdesk, but miss a fridge. I like the shower/bathtub combination. Welcoming staff. Nice location, not too far from the airport and the Frankfurt Messe.

Food is terrible, the toilet are poor. I wanted a hair dresser to get dresses to work, their hair dresses doest work well. The good thing is the colombian recepcionist that try everything to help, the cleaning guy from 5th floor, they did what they could. The food they offer is ashemed.

Hotel has horrible customer service . They have to get some international trainings . Their communication is so bad . Nobody speaks English very well thats why they are not able to solve your problems. Rooms are clean and okay .. Food was terrible . I ask several questions to front desk , they were very rude specially Lunch manager at restaurant. Don’t waste your money . You can find better one in city .

A trap. Worst experience ever. Never to be repeated. Cold rooms no heating. Not isolated and very loud because of the tragic outside. Very poor breakfast. Very old mattresses and not regular. No minibar at the room no coffee machine. Unless the booking was non refundable I would have definitely changed it.

Left a sunglasses there and confirmed it’s found in the room so I arranged FedEx to pickup. First the hotel said FedEx has collected it but return saying no delivery address, but it’s not possible as all details are printed on the collection label. Then the hotel said FedEx has collected again but did not sign confirmation. No proof. And now the sunglasses are lost. It’s brand new Rayban which has camera… And the hotel didn’t reply email not until you kept calling. I am very disappointed in their attitude. Just kept saying it's not their fault. If the glasses were never found, of course it's not hotel's fault. But it's found and kept and lost, I would suspect someone has stole it and that's why hotel is not doing anything??? And no further response to my email after I asked for CCTV footage. This is ridiculous!!

Nice, modern hotel, close to trade fair center. Clean rooms, nice stuff, very good breakfast. It was ideal for our business trip to Frankfurt. I would be very glad to visit the place again. Rooms are equipped with espresso machine, large tv. The first night, it was very loud close to reception, but we didn't hear any noise in the room.

El hotel y las instalaciones bien. Minimalistas pero limpio y camas cómodas. Sin embargo no salía agua caliente de la ducha. Nada. No es que fuera poca o insuficiente. No salía nada, nada de agua caliente. Era complicadisimo regularla, o era helada o hirviendo, pero al mover el botón para salir por regadera perdía toda la presión y dejaba de salir totalmente. Imposible bañarse así en invierno o cualquier época del año.

Bueno, pues, un hotel para dormir, aunque si te toca, como a nosotros, una habitación que da a la carretera, un poco menos. Alejado unos 3 kms del centro pero muy bien para ir a alguna feria en el Messe, buen desayuno y unos trabajadores encantadores, desde la recepción, hasta la cocina, pasando por los camareros.
