The location is very convenient - close to Frankfurt train station and many eateries nearby. Easily accessible with tram about 100m away from hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great location, only 5 mins walk from main station.

It takes you less than 10 minutes walking from Frankfurt Central train station. Staff friendly and efficient - there was some little problem of the toilet flush. When we informed the reception staff, he arranged to change to another room for us. And lots of restaurants and other shops nearby.

The best feature of this hotel is the location with a modern clean room. Is quiet and there are many diverse food choices to choose from. Is also near the main train station.

Someone entered our room twice without permission when we are asleep. do be mindful if you are a heavy sleeper.

Room is spaces for us family of 4. Extra bed a bit hard, no tissue provided in the room. Hotel near by there is some Mediterranean food and chinese restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel. Main station is about 7 min walk.

Room is clean and basic necessities provided. Hotel is located at a corner, around 10 minutes walk from Central Station!

The room is spacious, bright and quiet and the toilet is clean with the shower space separate.

The reason I chose this hotel was due to the excellent rate I got at the time of searching for a hotel and also the location. It is situated less than a 10 minute walk from the central train station (Hauptbahnhof) and 15 to 20 minutes by foot to the main shopping area. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and modern the hotel was and the room was really good. Better than expected because I have stayed in Premier Inns before and this one was the cleanest and most up to date I have ever experienced. The staff were very friendly and efficient, as well as professional. The room was slightly warm and I was not be able to adjust the temperature with the control on the wall, but maybe that was just me! When you open the window it is slightly noisy from the streets outside (a bit too noisy to leave the window open all night), but when you close the window you could hear absolutely nothing. Excellent sound proof windows and the hotel room walls were great too. The bathroom was very nice and spacious. Just a pity there was no bath in our bathroom, but no big deal! I was very very satisfied with the hotel and service and as I said earlier, the price and location were perfect and are what made me choose the Premier Inn City Centre on this occasion.

I booked this hotel twice for two different stays. The service and staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the main hauptbahnhof. Some people might find the location of the hotel to be offsetting as the red light district is quite close. However, I would say it is in one of the safer sides. Would book here again if I were to visit Frankfurt for any reason
