Easy to access to most of the tourist areas, eateries and shopping by foot. Nearby train station.

Being given a room with faulty lights when checked in, then been transfer to another room in a lower level, we have to move all our luggage up and down for this, wasted quite some time like 20minutes. Breakfast is simple, not much variety.

Superb hotel! Allowed for check in after 12 midnight - you just need to head to Moxy hotel for the check in as they’re connected. Room was clean, spacious & had ample channels to watch TV. Breakfast in the morning was decent & hotel staff was friendly. Location is next to Myzeil shopping mall, and a very short walk to the train station. Brilliant location to be in!

Overall is good. Except 2 points, #1. The water leeks from the shower cubicle when we take a shower. I believed is their design problem. #2. The floor was very cold (especially the bathroom), and no slippers provided from the hotel.

Very good location and breakfast was good too. Comfortable stay and spacious room. Able to clean milk bottles and breast pump easily, as its equiped with kitchen for cooking, microwave, fridge with freezer. Very satisfied. If they include free parking would be even better.

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Frankfurt, and while it was a decent experience, there were some aspects that were different from what I expected. First off, this is an apartment-style hotel, which we didn’t realize when booking. The lobby is functional but not as visually appealing as other Marriott properties, which was a bit of a letdown. The hotel is very busy, more like a business hotel, which made the breakfast area quite crowded despite the good spread. The rooms, however, were nice and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. They even allowed us a late checkout, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a good hotel with solid service, but the ambiance is fairly average and doesn’t quite match the standard of other Marriott hotels I’ve stayed in. If you’re looking for a place that’s practical and well-located, it’s a fine choice, just be prepared for the hustle and bustle.

Walking distance to zeil and famous tourist attractions

Location quite close to the metro, convenient parking, close enough to the sights but far enough not to be bothered.

The breakfast is great, the view from the window is awesome, to the old tower. The hotel is a bit far from the main square, if you are with a young child, prepare to walk for 20min. The hotel lobby is on the second floor, you need to find a small door from the street and take the elevator to the second floor to check in.

Everything was great :) Location is perfect, and all staffs are friendly! Breakfast was also nice and the room condition was also great :) highly recommend!!!

There is a kitchen with microwave and utensils. Very convenient and user friendly. The location is good. Right at the city center and near to sightseeing spots.

The staff was very kind and room was very clean! Also the location is fabulous!
