The hotel is convenient to travel near the train station, easy to travel to cities around the area. There are convenience stores nearby, easy to find food, and the rooms are suitable for tourists, clean and orderly.

Nice hotel very close to the exhibition hall and lots of food and dinning restaurant. Good breakfast spread.

The room have no expresso coffee machine or coffee machine, no room amenities all empty., also there don’t allow room extension for one hour. Maybe I’m a Chinese.I would not recommend to any friend or business associates.hope trip.com would not recommend to your clients.

No room amenities provide, the breakfast is good, you can’t leave your luggage in the hotel even you coming back few days time to stay in the same hotel. It is very inconvenient for the travelers.

Hotel reception staff including the manager were very very rude. We booked a double room via trip.com and later we requested for a room which can accommodate a third adult. Our request remained unanswered. Upon reaching the hotel, when we asked them to give us a room with an extra bed they said they didn’t recieve any information from trip.com. When we asked them to share it via formal email that they didn’t recieve any information for our request the manager said it’s not their problem. It’s between trip.com and us and they don’t care if we sleep on the road or somewhere else. At that hour we were forced to book a room at an exhorbitant cost. Very very bad experience and very rude front desk staff and the manager.

Very spacious room! Equipped with sitting area and two large beds. Wish I stayed there longer!

Room is okay. Convenient location. But they don't let you leave luggages for a couple of days, making it difficult when you have to go away and come back.

Room are big for 3 persons , we are happy they upgraded our room , cleanness ok but bathroom amenities not complete

I checked out on April 9th, 23rd, and checked out a backpack with a lot of luggage and valuables. When I came back from going out, my backpack was stolen and everything, including my passport, credit card, wallet, and so on, disappeared. The hotel promised compensation, but there is no answer to my email. It's been almost 50 days.

Worth Money! Great location! Lot of Restaurant nearby! I forgot my stuff in unlock safer after checking out. Luckily when I came back in the same stay. It was still there in the room. The front desk helped me to solve my issue quickly and i got my stuff back.

The location of the hotel is prefect, just in front the main train station of Frankfurt. Besides, very good breakfast, provides more choices than other typical German hotel which I have experienced at this time. Wroth for the money!
