Holiday Inn Express Frankfurt Messe, an IHG Hotel anmeldelser

Slightly 15 min away from FRA train station. Bus 37 was available to hotel doorstep from main HBF

Very close to airport, very convenient. Great breakfast ,clearly room , great service but the room was a little bit small

The breakfast and staff service are very good. Stay next time

I am a big fan of Holiday Inn express now.

Nice basic hotel with all the basic amenities. The location is a bit far from shops and restaurants but definitely good for a trips requiring privacy. The breakfast is ok with a variety of items to choose from. Unfortunately, I can't say same for the dinner. So I recommend eating elsewhere before arriving at the hotel. The staff are very nice and very co-operative.

It's really nice to stay.

Just a few steps away from the Bus Stop, cost Eur 2.1 for a trip to the HbF. Basic comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

Holiday Inn Ecpress Messe - Not near the Messe 1. Far Far Away from Messe or anywhere We booked this IHG hotel as they attached the word Messe to it but it is nowhere near the Messe. Using the google map, it is 40 minutes walk or 3 kms and by taxi at least 15 minute, costing 15.00 to 30.00 Euro. The nearest restuarant or supermarket is a good 15 minute walk or 1 km away. The surrounding area are vacant old warehouses. 2. Hot Hot Room There is NO airconditioning in this hotel. They only have centralized heating which set the temp 25deg in the room. When we complained, they sent us 2 electric fans with only one working. They asked us to open the window but we are on the first floor facing the street with all the noise, dust and insects, definitely not a good idea. 3. Small Room, Narrow Aisles From the end of the bed to the ledge on the wall was so narrow, very difficult to walk thru. Definitely not safe for seniors getting up in the evenings to go to the bathroom. 4. IHG One Reward Points After we left, I emailed the hotel my IHG One Reward members #, the hotel refused it. Reasons? 1. I should have given them my membership number when I check in. 2. I did not booked directly to them. I have done this multiple times with other hotel memberships, never was told these two unacceptable illogical reasons. Done with argueing with this hotel, just move on to other hotels who are more honest, both in words and deeds.

Good location. Nice room & good staff service.

hotel is a little far from the frankfurt main train station, if you wanna walk. cos that's what we did, dragging our luggages on the stone floor at 10pm . not a wise choice. but hotel itself is pretty cosy. it's really very small. not much room to walk if i were to open up my luggage. we only stayed one night, got the hotel to grab us a taxi in the morn instead.

相當於國內普通快捷酒店，衞生可以，房間小，床還比較舒適。臨街，但國外沒有國內車多，也不吵。門口有公交車站，比較方便，去羅馬廣場需要在火車站倒一次車，個人覺得不如住火車站去往羅馬廣場那個方向更便捷。 早餐可以，比較豐富。 酒店的燒水壺真的是。。。不過法蘭克福的大肘子和蘋果酒還是很讓人難忘的呦

出差，在這裏住了好幾個晚上，酒店離美因河畔很近，我經常下午沒事的時候去河邊散步，服務員態度很熱情，早餐一般，每天都是固定的，床🛏️睡的很舒服，比較乾淨。
