The hotel was prefectly fine. Very clean, very nice people at the front desk, very convenient location, nice breakfast. I had zero troubles with the noise from the street, the windows are good to isolate the noise. The location is sketchy but honestly, nobody mess with you while you go around walking. I totally enjoy staying here, thank you!

It’s a lovely hotel very close to the central train station and a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Spacious room, friendly staff, clean place, elegant decoration. Happy stay.

We were attending the Frankfurt international book fair, and this hotel is quite close to the event place. It was convenient. I wouldn't say the area is 100% safe, there's too many people doing *****, the atmosphere is a bit scary but nothing really happened. It's quite an old hotel, but I enjoyed my stay overall.

The hotel is close to the central train station, but the environment outside the hotel is not very clean. The staff at the counter were good and the bedroom was old but not dirty. Yet the elevator was not working and the breakfast service was not available. Overall it’s convenient to access the transportation but the location can be better in terms of the cleanliness of the environment outside the hotel.

Please don’t choice this hotel,when I live this hotel didn’t have a hot water for show and I’m already 3 of time to asked the hotel and every time they tell about 30min until I’m checking out still didn’t have a water and then I’m go to ask the hotel to refund the money or give back to me a day for free and they ask me to come back after2 hours because the manager is not here now so after 2 hour when I gets back to the hotel they tell me the hotel after to shower last night how come you side no water to shower
