The worst stay I’ve ever had. + fast communication, location close to train station (but extremely noisy!), free parking - 1) no air conditioner, just old floor ventilator which is quite noisy at night and very dirty. So I can’t imagine how it’s possible to sleep when it’s really hot outside, because you live right next to the railway 2) for two persons we had one dinner plate. It was fixed the next morning, but is it really difficult to check? 3) the kitchen is quite useless. They do not have a kitchen hood. So they ask you to open the window while cooking because the fire alarm is sensitive and you may be fined if the fire department shows up. It’s very enjoyable to cook and listen the trains 4) not very clean. The wine glasses were dirty, coffee machine was not cleaned and there was a used capsule inside etc 5) the last night their keyless system stopped working and we could not get inside. But this was solved fast via WhatsApp 6) and my favourite. Due to overbooking we were given the room without balcony (they face the train station), while we booked with a balcony (costs more and located on the other side of the hotel). They were very sorry and offered 15% discount. And even this numa could not do well. They had some misunderstandings between financial and communication departments and even right now we feel a bit confused about the sum we received, because it just appeared out of the blue, no explanation, no invoice. It looks like price difference between the room types, not discount. If we are not right it would be wise for them to send some invoice so we can see this. But they just say sorry in every letter So my main criteria for a hotel were kitchen and balcony. There was no balcony and no kitchen where it’s possible to cook. For this price I could get a nice hotel room closer to the center. No more with numa, thanks!
