Castelo Boutique Hotel

This spectacular boutique hotel is a gem, hidden in the small city of Fraiburgo SC, in the heart of the apple growing region. It is a renovated man or house built in the last century by a french immigrant to the region, to build his wife's dream house and prevent her from returning to France. The beautifully preserved structure was renovated to fit 11 small, but perfectly equipped suites with modern heated bathrooms and air conditioning in the room. Impeccably clean, the bed and bedding is very comfortable, and my room was a second floor room looking out over the city, as the hotel is on a hill in front of the city centre. The staff are all wonderful and very helpful. I had the breakfast too, which served in what was the dining room and the annex, all with the original furniture of the mannor house. The variety was not that of a Asian resort, but the items were varied, plentiful, fresh, well prepared and of excellent quality, including fresh fruit, juice, coffee or tea, varied sweet and normal pastry, eggs, cakes, breads, jam, honey and yoghurt. All was tasty and and plentiful. This is definitely a great experience and well worth a visit, if you are in Fraiburgo or even nearby cities, and want a luxurious experience and great night's sleep! I recommend the hotel, and will be back there the next time I am in the region.

Excelente hotel, atendimento impecável, recebemos muito carinho e atenção desde a reserva até o pós venda, foi fantástico. Passamos nosso aniversário de casamento em uma das suítes do hotel e tudo foi cuidado com muito carinho, recebemos mimos e muita atenção. A suíte é maravilhosa, espaçosa e bem decorada, contava com um linda decoração e um banheira de hidromassagem, piso aquecido no banheiro, espumante como cortesia. As instalações são muito bonitas e bem cuidadas, o café da manhã e o petit café as 17:00 (pago a parte, R$ 55,00 por pessoa se não me falha a memória), estavam muito bons. Para o jantar reservei fondue que minha esposa adora, custou 229,00 por pessoa e não era top. Único ponto negativo foi a piscina, estava em reforma, fiquei um pouco chateado, fui avisado um dia antes, gostaria de ter sido avisado antes ou na impossibilidade que tivesse sido oferecido algum desconto ou uma cortesia talvez…enfim, foi algo que não me agradou e para uma diária de mais de 1.000/dia, cada detalhe é importante.

O hotel é bem acolhedor. Quarto charmoso e um excelente chuveiro.Jardim bonito. Café delicioso. Ficamos no quarto Marselha de frente para a cidade. A história da casa contata pela recepcionista é bem interessante. Recebemos de cortesia uma espumante e 2 garrafas de água mineral. Fomos agraciados com um belo cartão de felicitações pelo aniversário de casamento.
