The room is spacious. It’s like an apartment with washer, large living room, large bedroom, large walk in closet. The location is near something but not Louvre furniture mall. Downstairs has a noodle shop clean. Across the street has a mall.

This hotel was good value for money, location suited the need as to why I was in China
Room was a bit warm at 24, be aware you can’t change the air con any cooler than 24c
That would be my only complaint

1. Rooms are new and clean, however there is a strong musky smell especially in bedroom that the hotel needs to get rid off before guests check in. The musky smell lingers. Pillows also need to be aired.
2. Good daily service altho it’s a serviced apartment
3. Poor section of coffee and tea in the room
4. Nespresso machine provided, but they only give complimentary two capsules for the entire stay
5. In-room Wifi is choppy

Great location near Dongping metro station from which you can take the metro directly to Foshan's Chancheng and Nanhai districts, as well as to Guangzhou. There are plenty of food and drink options around the hotel, including Starbucks and McDonald's. I have stayed at this hotel twice; on both occasions staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good views of the city lights at night time. Foshan in general is a safe city for solo travellers, and this area is no different.
