Hotel Review:
I recently stayed at Z max le chong and was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience.
1. Insufficient Tables & Crowded Environment – The breakfast area was overcrowded, and there were not enough tables to accommodate guests. We had to wait quite a while before finding a seat.
2. Unclean Plates & Utensils – The plates provided were still wet when I picked them up, making them feel unhygienic. It gave the impression that they were not properly dried or cleaned.
3. Slow Table Cleaning Service – Even after guests left, tables were not cleaned promptly. We had to wait for a staff member to clear and wipe down a table before we could sit.
4. Dirty Floors – The dining area floor was visibly dirty, with food crumbs and spills left uncleared. It didn’t feel like it was being cleaned regularly.
Overall, the breakfast experience was disappointing due to poor hygiene and lack of organization. I hope the management takes steps to improve cleanliness and service efficiency.

The hotel lobby gave me the impression that the area was more attractive. But when I entered the elevator, I smelled a foul odor. Walking out of the corridor and into the room, the mold smell was also very strong, just like living in a ditch. I originally rented the room for 4 days, barely stayed for one day, and the next day, I rented another hotel next door. I personally will definitely not stay in this hotel again, and I will not recommend it to relatives and friends.

The elevator is shared by the whole property. Other floors will use the elevator to transport garbage, and the odor may accumulate in the elevator. The moldy smell of the room is due to the rainy season here and the environment is relatively humid. We try our best to deal with these, bringing you a bad experience. We apologize again.

The hotel is good. Just the floor is not clean enough. I even found a used cigarette on the floor. The cleaning ladies should be hard working here
