It's decent enough for an overnight stay. The staff were friendly amd helpful. The hand soap wasn't replaced so had to use the soap dispenser by the bath but otherwise relatively lean and tidy. A handy place for a trip up north. Not much more to say really.

This hotel is on a service area on the M6. It’s not clear how to enter the hotel in the evening as the lighting is not good. The inside of the hotel was spotlessly clean but very dated and needs a facelift. The staff on reception were very welcoming and it was quick to check in and check out. If you need a cheap hotel travelling north for one night this will serve you well.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, everything was accommodated for and the location was convenient. The hotel itself was clean, including my room and common areas. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely by using this hotel again.

Hotel was clean and well located and being at a motorway services there was plenty of food choices and a large car park.

Great welcome ,clean rooms,great night sleep, well rested for our onward journey ,ideally located did not have to spend alot of time coming of route, we were a service area which was handy for breakfast in the morning, have recommended to failmy and friends

Okay as a stop over on the way to Scotland down side make sure you keep your booking confirmation as I received a parking charge for £100 even though it’s free parking at the hotel, your vehicle is scanned on the way in and out but does not cover the travelodge car park so they assume you have been there all night in the services car park, hence the charge so be aware

Very convenient. Great staff, fantastic value for money. A shame the hand wash dispenser and shower gel dispenser were both broken. That issues was dealt with ever so quickly. I will definitely stay there again.

Good price but we didn't want to stay when we saw room and hotel. Felt it needed a refurb to bring it up to standard of other Travelodge hotels. Room was a good size but bed was uncomfortable, mattress was not good quality and lacked support. Windows were open when we arrived even though it was winter. Room didn't feel welcoming or cosy at all. We checked out after 30 minutes but were still charged for both nights. We had had a long drive so really wanted a good night's rest. Disappointing. Staff were lovely though.

The room was very clean and comfortable Staff were really helpful and friendly explaining how to get back on the motorway Didn't hear much traffic noise considering motorway was close by. Would highly recommend and convenient stop over visiting the lakes or Scotland.
