I made a reservation for 4 people through Tmobile travel, the bedroom is only 1 bed and 1 sofa. I requested a change for a two beds room and after three hours, I'm still waiting for both, the hotel and the agency and the answer we can't do anything, even paying for an upgrade. So, tonight I have to stay in a hotel that doesn't work for my family and no one is responsible form I won't make a reservation anymore with Tmobile travel and of course, first and last time in this "hotel"
