Everything was fantastic except there was no ESPN I couldn't watch any of the sports games, the river rock at the swimming pool wasn't sealed and it hurt our feet.

This was a great property and I would rent this exact property again. It’s a duplex type setup. The inside was more than expected, especially for the price. The outside could use some tlc, but it’s all cosmetic. There’s a Walmart nearby, but I did wish there was a food establishment in walking distance, as I didn’t have a vehicle. I will say that a friend rented another unit from this same company, but their unit was in a different neighborhood and a neighbor in that neighborhood had a loud party till 3am, so it probably depends which unit you get for a quiet environment.

Everything is good except that the mini refrigerator is on the countertop. Hope they install darkening curtains for the windows just still bright with the mini blinds, for rest and sleep for a short nap.

Don’t miss out on the Lazy Cockoo! This was a nice surprise with a quick planned trip with friends. Better than a hotel, clean, updated, roomy, quiet and with all the amenities. Close to the beach, close to food, shopping and activities.

Key West Express trip Hi! We went to the Key West Express from 3/14-3/18 and booked here for the night before and night after. Very close! Very clean, and great for somewhere to lay your head down for a night. Extremely tech-oriented, but the phone number for the manager worked when we had a problem checking in on the 18th but that was because we did not have an app, where we would have been notified. Would recommend and stay again.

Owner was very accommodating. When we arrived the AC was throwing an error code. Room stayed around 77. He moved us to another room the next day. AC never really cooled it off room stayed at 75. Which isn’t terrible. I had it set at 69 came back one night and mini split said 79. Not sure if they changed it remotely. Clean room and stocked as promised with cooking utensils and plates glasses etc. Basically a house in the middle of a small development turned in to a couple of rooms. Very convenient to Sanibel and Fort Myers. Overall a place to stay that was fairly priced.

Clean and odor free. Lounge chairs, looke and feel like they were a street find Patio door blinds inadequate. Did not close properly, less than desired privacy Front door had gaps in the gasket. Potentially small animals could gain entry

Convenient and Comfortable It was wonderful. I think i should have requested a gandicap access. My husband has Parkinson's and the steps werescary for him and me. Otherwise it was great, very easy to find and access.
