I haven’t stayed in the hotel in several years. Jose at the front desk & Ray were great & very accommodating. They were remodeling but you could not tell...no noise or dust. Clean hotel with a sports bar on site. I will stay here again.

We stayed at the Crown Plaza Ft Lauderdale Harbor both before and after our recent cruise. The hotel is very convenient to the cruise terminals and provides reserved shuttle service to the terminal for a $10 per person fee. They also have free reserved 24-hour shuttle service to the airport every hour. The hotel, itself, is clean and neat but nothing fancy. There is a breakfast buffet and the staff is very helpful. DC, the young man who checked us in, helped us with everything we needed to experience a seamless transition from the hotel to the ship. He even showed us how to use Uber (we are older) to go to the Las Olas district of Ft Lauderdale. His help assured we had an enjoyable pre and post cruise experience.

Matthew was at the front desk and really helped us through some issues. Greatly appreciated. If every hotel had a Matthew, traveling would be better than home. In addition, the pool and restaurant on-sight were very good.

I gave this hotel 3 stars because the wifi is so slow if you can get your device connected at all! I wasn’t able to connect my phone the entire stay so called front desk who gave me a number to call for assistance….I called the number a few times only to have no one answer it so gave up. My iPad did work however but it was sketchy at best. There really is no excuse for such poor wifi these days. The bed was comfortable though & the room did have tea & coffee making facilities. Bathroom was small & basic with just a shower & sink. There is also an outdoor pool available which we didn’t use. This is a hotel just for a night before you go on a cruise; definitely not for longer stays as it’s in the middle of nowhere basically. Due to the wifi I would not stay here again.

Very pleasing experience and will be back for sure. Megan at the front dest was very kind and helpful and resolved quickly the problem with the reservation that I accidentally made for the following month. The room was spotless, very clean, beautiful bathroom with cute little towels, all the essentials, you can see a lot of though put into the details in this hotel. There is also a restaurant downstairs with live music! And so many good restaurants at this plaza surrounding the hotel. I only stayed for 1 night but I loved it!
