Stayed here in March, a lot of spring breakers at the property which sometimes made it a little loud at night but overall they were fine. The property was a block from a beautiful beach, right next to a state park and walkable to a vast number of restaurants and bars. Despite that, it felt quiet and tucked away. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets could be replaced but beds and furniture were comfy, everything worked as it should and unit was spacious.

Located half block from beach and half mile from Los Olas Boulevard. Great restaurants directly around and liquor store. Older but charming and good safety. Nice pool bar area with shuffleboard and pool and ping pong game room.

We enjoyed our time here. I’m not a complainer and expect things to not be perfect. Location was awesome and we were all happy with our stay

I've stayed here many times over several years and never get bored with it. While may be dated, it's a prime location within walking distance to beach and Publix, and has quite a few good restaurants, convenience stores and beach shops within a block or two.

Special treatment for the two of us included great sleep arrangements, wonderful kitchen/bath, balcony view of the pools and a peak at the beach, super proximity to a few restaurants/morning coffee, two area features, all in walking distance. Don't miss the water taxi trip, even to the Hollywood boardwalk, and the Jungle Queen Polynesian cruise, meal and show. I really want to come back.

Location for a stay in Ft. Lauderdale is ideal. The property is at least 50 years old and the last update at least 25 years ago. Management has not allocated the funds to keep the units properly updated on a regular basis, and it shows. Staff are friendly, but sometimes need a nudge. Units are generally clean, but some functionality is lacking. Great value for the $.

Ron & Helen at the pool were very entertaining. The pool needs more chairs. Our room was a little dated but was freshly painted. The location is awesome - 2 blocks from the beach and a handful of good restaurants.

Checked in today. Wish we could find another place with availability for the next five nights. Resort? What a joke - this place is so basic. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. No more than 8 people in the pool at once? King bed has a top sheet, light coverlet, and three small pillows. Tub doesn’t drain well, thin walls,..
