The condition of the room terrible. Looks like original from 1950'. Dirty carpet falling apart walls sheets soiled cockroach door falling out telephone doesn't work. Should be shut down and renovated. Front desk people are nice restaurant staff unfriendly rude. Don't waste your money! Too expensive for a place like this

Hard to find parking. No microwave nor fridge for standard room. The room was okay. Grab to go Breakfast. Cant really complain, last minutes booking with reasonable price.

I paid $157.88 on my card then I was charged over $200. from another card. so I over paid. Please have them return my money. I was so disappointed! 3 Gram crackers and a juice "BREAKFAST" NOT what I would ever eat for breakfast. I put me clothing in the dresser, on the top inside was dried mold. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The smell was Horrific! The manager/owner NEVER even called me back. The lady at checkout was very nice her name is Amanda. I will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again! The air conditioner leaks and left a pool. Here are some pictures

The room was very dirty they never dusted they don’t clean furniture south dated television don’t work it was a disaster of the following they had to go to a different hotel

I checked in here and the room was not clean so I went to the front desk and said I don’t want to stay but they gave me another room and it too was not clean. The grounds were full of trash and I also didn’t feel safe. It was also right next to a freeway. I was desperate for a room as I had been rerouted all around trying to get to Costa Rica and the flight I was on was canceled. I had driven from Kentucky to Cincinnati then flown from there to Fort Myer then drove from there to Fort Lauderdale. Exhausted I needed a room. I have booked with trip.com many times and this hotel needs to be taken off their list ASAP! Not just because it was completely unacceptable but because the front desk told me to go ahead and leave that they would cancel my reservation but they didn’t and refused to. I went to the Best Western down the street for only $2 more and it was great! This hotel is dirty and they are thieves! Trip.com has also yet to give me a refund. Horrible experience! I did not stay here nor would I ever!!!!

酒店太差了,説有從機場到酒店的免費巴士。下飛機就給酒店打電話,長者加小孩等了1個多小時也不來一輛。其他酒店都來了4、5趟了,最後衹能自己打Uber去的酒店。另外,房間又小又破,床單床墊各種紅呼呼的漬,不知道是血還是紅酒留下的。

來辦點事,就是住三個晚上,所以挑平宜的,一分錢 一分貨,能預計這個價格就這個水平!沒有驚喜並打掃得挺讓人失望的!

Pics included: Low budget, lots of homeless and bums hanging around. Carpet is nasty, had one outlet that actually work most are pushed into wall like fire hazard ☢️ pic added for one of them and it’s a sideways plug like ***?? TV won’t stay connect to satellite, tub and floor is nasty in bathroom! Save yourself and avoid this one!!!
