非常好的體驗，臨時訂房，房間內飾乾淨，客房安靜，清新整潔，衞生洗漱用品都有。。。。非常理想

I had higher expectations for a four-star hotel. Upon arrival, check-in was smooth, and the room initially looked very nice. However, the following day, while adjusting the curtains, I noticed a significant amount of mold on the wall, which was quite disappointing. I immediately reported it to reception, and to their credit, they quickly upgraded me to their best available room. While I appreciated the prompt service, it’s clear that some rooms are in need of maintenance and updating. That said, my overall stay was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options.

Reception staff was helpful, room was big and well done. Breakfast was very nice and they serve you handmade cappuccino not from the readymade machine. Location is central and easy to get from the airport to hotel by bus and the bus stop is few meters away

I was in a single tiny room with a single bed which cost 75euros per night. Way overpriced, as doubles which are more than twice as big are 85euros. I have written to the hotel to complain about the cost. The breakfast was fine but nothing special. The internet was terrible in the room, which is bad for a business hotel. The staff however were wonderful & very helpful.

Mi sono trovato molto bene. Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, buona la pulizia, e letti comodi. Il personale è sempre disponibile e pronto ad assistere, rendendo l’accoglienza calda e piacevole. La colazione è abbondante e di qualità. Inoltre, l’hotel vanta una posizione strategica, vicino ai principali punti d’interesse, facilitando spostamenti e visite. È un’opzione ideale per viaggi di lavoro e vacanze.

Partendo dal presupposto che ancora non capisco come mai abbia 4 stelle quando nei fatti è scarsamente un 3 stelle. Camere piccole ed essenziali (quantomeno buone igienicamente), frigobar vuoto (almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua poteva essere gradita) e aria condizionata da farti letteralmente congelare. Colazione assolutamente non da quattro stelle:succhi di bassa qualità, pochissima scelta per la colazione salata (solo qualche affettato, uova sode e panini scongelati), basterebbe davvero un po' di attenzione in più per migliorare. Insonorizzazione buona e comodo il parcheggio.

Freddo glaciale nelle camere, assenza di riscaldamento centrale e aria condizionata solo fredda! Assenza di tovagliette sui tavoli da colazione per risparmio come in convento!Frigorifero vuoto! Arredo camera minimale con solo una seggiola ed un panchetto! Da non consigliare!!

Posto in posizione strategica (poco distante dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria) si presenta con una hall accogliente e personale sorridente ed educato. Colazione con buone proposte, fresche e varie. Camera sufficientemente grande e riscaldata. Affaccio su corte interna trascurata e disordinata come tutte le corti interne tra i vari edifici. Rubinetteria dura da azionare a causa del calcare, doccia sufficientemente confortevole, mancavano i 2 cuscini aggiuntivi del letto, armadio a giorno (non lo preferiamo). Pulizia...NI...i soliti capelli/peli nelle lenzuola ed il copriletto non profumatissimo e qualche traccia di sporco vicino i comodini...cose viste purtroppo in tutti gli hotel di questa categoria. Nel complesso una valida sistemazione per soste occasionali di passaggio, lavoro, ecc...

Trovato perché convenzionato con Villa Serena, struttura sanitaria di Forlì. Scelto perché vicino alla stazione (a piedi 10’). La struttura è un po’ “datata”, ma tutto sommato è un’ottima situazione per alloggiare in Forlì. Colazioni abbondanti e buone. Servizio gentile e preparato. Da segnare in agenda. Tornerò!
