The worst hotel experience that I have ever had. Smell, dirty, sketchy. Poor management. Sleep in your car if you didn’t fly like me I promise you will be better than that. It’s my fault I should’ve search or read the reviews before I booked I just booked because it was closest hotel to airport. Anyway hopefully will save someone to go there.

You are better off sleeping in your car. This is without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever walked into. Upon entering the smell was horrid. I had reserved online for 5 guests , 2 rooms however we ended up only having 4. The guy at the front desk INSISTED we MUST get 2 rooms & when I tried to argue we could sleep 4 in a room with 2 beds he just said “pay pay” and ignored me so I paid for 2 rooms. Then when we made it to our rooms we discovered a red stain on the floor, blood?? There were fingernails and hairs in the nightstand. The bedding had not been washed and had stains all over it. There were also cupcakes in the other night stand?? We didn’t even unpack we went downstairs & requested a refund for just one room and was told they don’t do refunds and could offer us another room.. there was no way we were staying so we paid for 2 rooms and then paid for another room at another hotel- worth it!

I booked 2 nights late in the afternoon. Stayed one night after late (11p) check-in. I checked out the next day and they refused to give me a refund. I felt unsafe due to door frame.PLEASE SEE PHOTOS.

Terrible experience until the very end. We booked a park & fly package at this hotel which included stay, parking during our vacation, and a shuttle to the airport. When we arrived they had lost our reservation, so we had to rebook right there after a 7 hour drive to get there. Check in took over an hour because of all that. We were then put in probably the worst smelling room I've ever been in at a hotel, and so we had to move to a different room. Both rooms were extremely dated and badly needed upgrades. We asked the guy at check-in about the hotel shuttle for the next morning, told him we would need it at 7am. He said that was fine and just to let the front desk know when we were ready to leave. The next morning we went to the front desk and were told the shuttle doesn't even operate until 9am. So we had to get ourselves an uber costing an additional $20. The shuttle back was difficult to arrange, because apparently they don't pick up from the international terminal - something else they neglected to tell us - however the driver was exceptional and went out of his way to come pick us up at the international terminal, saving us about an extra hour and a half of waiting - and he was about the friendliest guy you'd ever want to meet - so kudos to that guy for redeeming this place somewhat - I would have given it one star, but he earned it two.

Worst hotel in georgia. Pull out couch was broken, the elevator had liquid leaking from the pannel, stank of ****. Unhelpful staff, needs major updates. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone! No matter the price. Went down to the front desk asking for a blanket for the pull out couch and was told they didnt have any! Also when asking about the ice machine we were told it wasnt the staffs problem, felt very unsafe the entire time. There was also a mysterious Red liquid on the walls, and bottom of the bathroom door, there was also a hole in our wall and the ceiling was completely falling apart! The photos give off a fake paradise, the pool was more of a pond, completely uncleaned and only open on the weekends, not to mention the elevator was VERY rocky and felt like a final destination movie. My parents had their refrigerator fall out of the stand from just putting ONE thing in it, my cousins had to sleep on the floor because the pull out bed was barley held together, the guy behind the desk didnt even bring them blankets or anything! Good price but not worth risking my familys safety, the surrounding neighborhood is unsafe for anyone, especially children. Save your money and book a better hotel than this one.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our sleep park and fly to Cancun. We got lost getting there and Denise at the front desk not only directed us but also was very helpful in getting us to the airport very early the next morning for our flight out. On our return trip Damon picked us up at the airport for the ride back to pick up our car and he also was so very accomodating and helpful to this small town couple in the big city. Thank you both for your time and your help!

This appears to be used as a residential (welfare?) hotel. Families walking through the lobby with groceries. Sign in the breakfast area, where we were the only guests, saying breakfast is for "hotel guests only". Empty beer can in the elevator which kind of went with the piece of pizza on the floor outside the elevator. I saw only two people who appeared to be hotel guests. The lobby looked nothing like the photo on the hotel web site. All that furniture is gone. The room was disgusting. The carpet was stained, there was a couch so stained and filthy looking that we wouldn't use it, veneer peeling from the furniture, a light fixture held together with tape, toilet paper holder was falling from bathroom wall. The room smelled as though it had been sprayed to try and cover up the odor of smoke in this "non-smoking" hotel. I am astounded Choice Hotels has this as a franchise. Don't they inspect their properties?

Really disappointed with the customer service at the front desk I had stayed here and accidentally extended my stay at night because I didn’t want to stay another night because I was not pleased with offensive things that were said to me and Candace at the front desk not so nicely told me that there was no way I could get a refund not possible not happening even though I one extended the room on accident and was also offended by things that were said to me because I have tattoos so very unhappy would not recommend this place at all. They offered a coupon but I don’t know how I would use it because they won’t refund my money to book a hotel room to use the coupon anywhere so that was a plus I guess or smack in the face since I have to be insulted and they won’t give me my money back so I wouldn’t go here unless you like insults and to be treated rudely

This is a nice place. I stay at a lot of Choice Hotels and many things are the same. They are older and definitely nothing impressive on the outside. Inside though was pleasant staff, a clean remodeled room, comfortable king bed, and a good size room complete with small refrigerator and microwave. The TV was a little strange to turn on but called the main desk and got easy instructions. The big plus is breakfast is back with the famous waffles. There are places to eat within about a 10 minute drive. Overall not fancy, but comfortable and excellent value.
