Beautiful place to stay, very relaxing and comfortable rooms. Plenty of things to do, many hot springs to chose from, delicious food. Great experience for me and my wife I definitely recommend this place. Mr Cai Xiaowei was really helpful and ready to solve our needs in English.

Good!

This was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

Hotel room is clean and tidy. However, restaurants are not as expected. Food quality is poor.

very good experience to our family!

The travelling experience in xilegu was complicated. Some aspects were excellence with some areas to be improved. Service was good. Our family had fun in circus performance though the scale was small and without safety measures. Breakfast buffet food was good. Hotspring was fine and water park hygiene can be better especially the water quality. The pool floor was full of subtle tiles due to lack of maintenance. Accommodation was good and spacious with private hotspring. The staff kept reminding to leave a comment which is very detailed mind.

Need to call didi to go the place, is a far from city but good for relaxing … i like all their facilities.. spa , waterpark , playground! Stay at least 2 days please.. my kids enjoy

Everything was totally good, the food was average, I expected more of the food

The themed room is spacious with slide and bath tube at the balcony.

Overall is a good experience.

It is located a bit inside which i think is great for a peaceful scenario. They have a few buildings with rooms, hence make sure you book correctly. There have villas, and bigger rooms at another side. I choose the main building hotel rooms that comes with a big outdoor balcony onsen. It was enjoyable as you can have the onsen yourself if you prefer privacy. This resort is like a leisure park where it has a few playgrounds for kids etc. The main building resort has a few restaurants, some exhibtion of toys etc. There is also mini shuttle bus / baggy rides for you to go around. As it was China, everything is wechat pay which can be inconvenience for foreigners. Do have some cash with you, as some international credit cards are not acceptable here. I find the breakfast so-so, unless you are willing to drive 1 hour out of here to have your other breakfast. Overall, it was quite a pleasure stay.
