Come to get a dose of the desert in all of her majesty!Enjoy this completely remodeled clean and charming 1 bedroom and 1 bath adobe house. It features comfortable living quarters, stained concrete floors, all new appliances, and covered parking.We are located in a very central and convenient location of Tucson. From your front door, you can catch a glimpse of the beautiful Catalina mountains.The kitchen has granite countertops, brand new fridge, gas stove/oven, toaster, a full set of dishes, cookware, and everything else you would possibly need to cook. We have a brand new Keurig coffee maker and many different flavors of coffees and teas. We also supply plenty of bottled water.In the bathroom, you ll find plenty of beautiful white towels, basic toiletries, and a hairdryer. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed fitted with luxury linens.There is a walk-in closet with plenty of hangers and also luggage racks to store all of your belongs. There is a laundry room on the premises and I supply laundry detergent.We don’t have AC but the place is cooled by an Evaporative Cooler which works great because of our dry heat here. The only time it can be a little more humid is in the monsoon time, which is July and August. I also gladly put together a binder with recommendations for our favorite places to eat, walking/hiking destinations, and other things to see and do.The casita is completely private, VERY clean, quiet, and fully stocked with all the essentials. I hope you decide to stay here and when you do I know you won t regret it. The home is a true oasis in the heart of Tucson!
