Pousada dos Sonhos

It doesn't look like the pictures at all. the room was disgusting full off aunts and bugs sheets was dirty and stained and shower dirty. And more. Girl in the reception named Simone was so rude and didnt even offer us another room or someone to clean the room. So we wanted to cancel as soon as we got in. She said we will be charged the full value - even tho by booking canceling is 50% value so i just canceled from booking and so she had no other option but to give us a refund of the 50% So disgusting honestly

Review en inglés Pousada Sonhos is a charming place! The entire hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel’s restaurant offers exceptional food, and the drinks are great. The beach is beautiful and spacious, and they provide lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys, so there’s no need to buy them for the kids. The hotel staff also helps call taxis whenever needed. It is conveniently located near a small dining area with restaurants and an ice cream shop. Additionally, it’s 30 minutes from one shopping mall (Floripa Shopping) and 40 minutes from another (Villa Romana Shopping). It’s a great place to visit with family. I've been coming to Jurere for 16 years and have always wanted to stay at the Posada Dos Sonhos. This was my first opportunity and, unfortunately, the Posada did not live up to price being charged. While the staff were outstanding, the simple things like electronic safes, plug adapters and appropriate toiletries are ignored. The Posada seems to have peaked about 10 years ago and is in a slow state of decay with many areas in need of a refresh There are many other choices in Jurere in this price range and I will look elsewhere for my next trip.
