Extremely beautiful hotel that I didn’t expect with this price, looks like a scene from the movie. The host was super nice, literally made me feel at home as a traveller coming alone. Room is decent and clean. Perfect

The location was too far away from city to enjoy it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were okay but some of the soap had been used by other guests.

Distant from Florence train station to hotel is far 40min. Bus service also not reliable. Hotel only provide half day service before 2pm. Guest in the hotel is loud at night. There no aircon working in the hotel due the outside weather 16c. We have to open window to get cold air in. Unfortunately it make the room noise unbearable because of the traffic car outside facing the window. Mosquito appear in the room at night. So please request for repellent.

Easy and flexible check in, nice neighbourhood 12 mins from the centre. Attentive personnel, pristine all around and very comfortable beds.

We checked in at 10:10pm and checked out at 6:30am , both time there's no one at the reception. Location is OK, very close to the bus stop. Room is medium clean, a bit damp and dark

Large room. Located in an area with relatively remote location - very rare public transport connections. The cleaness level was OK. The amenities were relatively old - the kettle in our room was not working.

The hotel is nice and beautiful, it has a backyard. The room is spacious, clean and good lighting. I really like their shampoo and shower gel.

It's a bit far away, so you have to take a bus. The room was spacious and clean. It was inconvenient because there were no staff at the counter, but the call was well received

Very nice hotel near the city center. A 10min walk gets you to the Duomo. The staff is very responsive and involved The room was very nice and clean

The service was great. Although it mentioned that the front desk will close after 2pm, a detailed check in process and other important information will be provided in advance by the hotel. Thus, the self check in process was completed smoothly. Also it was convenient that a huge supermarket nearby. Another excellent point is that the hotel offered slippers! For me the only negative comment is that the shower room is a bit too small.

We arrived at the hotel pretty late as we were travelling from Rome. Gabriele was pretty prompt and sent us all the necessary information ahead of our arrival as the reception service was until 3pm on Sunday. The room was surprisingly nice and clean, and indeed exceeded our expectation. Even though for just a night I thought this was a pretty good one. Nearby hotel has a nice pasta restaurant Al Peposo, just need to walk about 10 mins. Day time you can just walk towards town areas, you won’t get bored with the surroundings.
