這是我們在意大利旅行住過最滿意的酒店，房間非常大，讓人感覺很舒服，早餐選擇雖然不多，但仍然非常足夠，推薦大家選擇這個住宿

La Junior Suite que nos asignaron es muy espaciosa, con una decoración clásica, la ubicación es ideal, muy céntrico. El buffet del desayuno demasiado simple, poca variedad. También eché un poco de menos algún servicio adicional, como por ejemplo la cafetería.

Ragazza disponibile e molto educata al check in , camera vecchia ma ben dimensionata , potrebbero fare di più come la tv piccola e vecchia , letto non proprio comodo , qualità e prezzo non in media non penso che ritornerò .!! La posizione è perfetta

Service impeccable , personnel à l’écoute et sympa

The good: The location is amazing. It is a 5 minute walk from the train station to the B&B. The B&B is about a 5-10 minute walk from pretty much everything you're in Florence to see. The room we stayed in (#22, photos) was spacious with high ceilings. The bed (2 twins pushed together) was fairly firm and there was plenty of space for clothes/suitcases. The private bedroom was decent sized with a corner shower. The staff was extremely helpful and one spoke English very well. The bad: It is more like "the quibbles" as there wasn't anything bad. The hair dryer was...interesting. As a B&B you do need to arrive when the staff is there to check you in so plan your arrive accordingly. Conclusion: The location is unbeatable, the rooms are bigger than many we've stayed in during our Italian travels, and the staff is great.

Where to begin? It's close to Firenze Santa Maria Novella and I'm not sure how it could be any closer to any site you want to be. Honestly the most convenient hotel. Staff were friendly and quick to let you know what places you should consider avoiding. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was very large. One thing I do not understand about Italy's hotel ratings but this was the nicest 3-star hotel we stayed at while in Italy. You won't be disappointed staying here.

Delightful residenciaa in middle of Florence. Lovely rooms.very quiet. Breakfast very nice. Owners really lovely, especially Cristina. Would stay again. Made our break really lovely. My first trip to F.orence, would most certainly return.

B and B located in convenient location, within short walking distance from Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. It is convenient in location to explore the city centre of Florence. Our room was beautiful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. Breakfast selection was generous and there was functioning WiFi on the property. We had difficulty with lukewarm hot water. When I enquired about this as it was very unpleasant to have cold showers in winter, my concern was dismissed as the property owner returned to his own residence and advised there was hot water and that I had to wait. After running the water for 30 minutes, there was still only lukewarm water coming out of the hot taps. This occurred in the morning, early afternoon and evening. We gave up and did not shower until we reached our next destination. Such a shame, as I would not return to stay here for this reason.

An amazing b&b. Room was absolutely stunning. Very close to all the stunning places to see, and to the train station. The staff were very friendly and our room was cleaned daily. The whole place was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice, never had hot chocolate like it. It suited us perfectly for our 5 day city break. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service left a sour taste. Our stay was mostly pleasant but I'd advise others against staying here. The manager/owner at reception was hostile to us for reasons that are unclear. He complained to my girlfriend about a mark on a blanket but she thought he was joking it was so insignificant. We did not cause the 'mark'. Life is too short. Find somewhere with professional customer service and a more welcoming atmosphere

This is a great hotel in a great location. We were five min walk from the Duomo, around the corner from Medici palace and half mile from Uffizi. There is also a dollar store around the corner, with plenty of food options in the area. 10 min walk from SMN train station. The hotel was lovely, historic hotel with a lot of charm. Breakfast was near the reception, but we only ate there one day. Staff was attentive, and waited on site until we arrived at night. There was a mini bar fridge and great air con.

We stayed a night at Residenza Castiglioni and it was really comfortable. We were made very welcome, our room had everything we needed and the breakfast was very good too. It was ideally located only five minutes from Santa Maria Novella station which was great for us as we were travelling by train. I would certainly recommend anyone to stay here.
