Great location in Florence. The room was pretty standard and nothing much to shout about, but it was clean and did the job. The real highlight of this hotel is that it's right next to the train station, which made getting around really convenient. Perfect spot if you're planning to explore the city or take day trips. Overall, a practical and convenient stay.

It’s located right across from the train station. Lots of cars and human traffic. WiFi worked well. No convenient store nearby at night. Our junior suite is roomy and sofa bed was reasonably good but It’s a bit dark even with all the lights on.

The room was terribly old and very smelly, the air conditioning was almost working and loud. The walls and the bathroom were very old, the pillow was very badly smelly. Not recommended at all. The only good thing about it that it’s near to the station.

Location is good, near public transportation. The place is cozy, the room is small but clean with enough equipment. Nearby coffee shop is nice.

The hotel is just across the street from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella Station and Tram routes. Good environment and all attractions and shopping are within walking distance. We did not require to get on any public transport while at Firenze. I booked for 2 people but there was only 1 set of towels in the room. I presumed it was a minor mistake, no big deal. Highly recommended.

Requested for tissues for 2 days and only given on the last night of our stay. No laundry service on public holiday Lack of security. You can just walk in to the place where they store the lugguages without tag to collect your lugguage. So...apparently anyone can take any other's lugguage!

What we booked from trip.com is not what we get from the hotel. We booked for 1 queen bed and 1 single bed however we get 1 queen and 1 sofa bed with no air-con controller provided and 2 n days onwards they moved us to 2 single beds. Had make a report to trip.com however they requested for a proof or relevant picture which we didn’t even want to take the picture of the room and how to take picture of without air-con controller. Kind of disappointed

The breakfast is really good and I always come back in this hotel as the front desk ( Nicole) was really helpful and the room is really modern and nice!!!

Traveled to Florence before COVID and stayed here I came back to Florence this year to travel again and had to book this hotel again. Great location, service and the room condition were great. I traveled alone and they assigned me to a single room that is located right next to the emergency exit in the beginning. And it was really loud since people were coming in and out. I asked the reception to change the room and they assigned me to cleaner and quieter single room. Very much appreciated.
