What a lovely little hotel. Staff are very nice and hotel is super clean. It’s just over 1 km walk from the main train station or 2 stops on the Tram @ €1.50. The breakfast is the best I had in Italy and the young man serving breakfast is great. You can walk to the city Centre easily about 25 mins. Very quiet. I would stay again. Just note If you book single it is a Single bed

Super friendly staff from the concierge to their kitchen staff. Very enjoyed the room we received as it was very spacious and clean. Great variety of breakfast options and they never left the plates empty for long always had it topped quickly. Fresh coffee served. Location was great we parked our car overnight and walked majority of the time staying here. Lots of places to eat and drink locally. Definitely revisiting this hotel if we get the chance to revisit Italy!

Unfortunately, we had a room with mould right next to our bed, which is unacceptable. After complaining about it via Trip.com we got another room for the next night, but didn't get any refund, which should be the least if you have to sleep in a room with smoky smell and mould. Further, there was some mould in the shower as well. The receptionists were helpful and tried to do the best to change our room for the second night. The room for the second nice was adequate and without any mould. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good and rich.

Отель был выбран не в самом центре, но рядом с остановками трамвая и автобуса (100-150м). Три звезды. Номер выходил во внутренний дворик, это было отлично, так как отель находится рядом с дорогой. Было тихо, в номере были кофе и чай, чайник. Холодильник, поддерживающий градусов 15. Немного лучше, чем ничего. Туалетная комната была не слишком удобной, душевая кабина очень маленькая. Ну да для трешки нормально. Один из плюсов- наличие лифта. Вежливый ресепшен. Завтрак очень средний, яичницу или омлет не готовят (ну ок, но даже яиц нет), вместо яичницы- зажаренное яйцо со вставленным в него кусочком сухарика. Постоянно неприбранные столики, так как обслуга - 2 человека, один из которых готовит кофе и прибирает столы- второй еду и делает выкладку. Если бы была низкая цена, можно было бы мириться. Но за 330USD это чересчур. Лондон дешевле. Флоренция очень дорога, и увы, не сердцу. Возвращаться не хочется. Венеция рулит.

朝食は沢山あってどれも美味しく食べきれない程でした。 飲み放題のコーヒー以外に飲み物の注文を取りに来てくれます。無料。 スタッフの人達も皆親切で、とても感じが良く気持ち良いです。 荷物も時間関係なく預かってくれて助かりました。 部屋は清潔です。写真の通りです。広くは無いですが普通です。 駅やメインの観光名所からは少し歩きますが、分かりにくくは無いです。 一人旅で1泊なら安くて良かったと思います。

距離車站走路大概15分鐘，我覺得還算方便。這次訂的是單人房，房間沒有很大，不過只住一晚，我覺得也夠了，但我第一次住在地下室的房間。房間乾淨，早餐也還可以，整體而言我覺得價格便宜，老闆（我猜應該是老闆）態度很親切。

位置還不錯，離火車站和景點都不算太遠，佛羅倫薩本來也不大，房間雖小但佈局還不錯
