Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza d'Epoca

I would love to give them more than 5 stars. The room was lovely and always cleaned as if it were our first day there, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and their efforts to help in any way they could was genuine - and very much appreciated. It is also a great location just out of the hustle and bustle of Florence but then just minutes away from everything.

I stayed to palazzo bianco capelo from 15th to 18th of February. Untrustworthy, unhelpful and irresponsible customer service. I am extremely unsatisfied. I forgot my gold earrings in the room we had booked and, not even an hour after we left, i called the reception to inform them regarding the issue and ask them if they had been able to find them. They proceeded to tell me not only that they did not find them and but also that they cannot do anything about it. Unexpected and unacceptable behavior.They ruined our holidays. Completely untrustworthy

A pochi passi dal palazzo Pitti , la residenza Bianca Cappello è un connubio di eleganza e confort nel centro storico di Firenze. Servizio Vallet pagabile in loco . La ragazza che ci ha accolto , molto carina gentile e professionale . La nostra suite “Imperial “ , dataci con un upgrade gratuito , era splendida . Colazione , servita in camera , di nostro gradimento . Toast , brioche , frutta fresca , yogurt e spremuta ; cappuccino espresso. Consigliatissimo !

Het was even zoeken hoe we naar binnen moesten komen, maar een vriendelijke gast hielp ons. We moesten door een klein deurtje in de poort, omdat de poort na een bepaalde tijd is gesloten. Daarna moesten we een kleine grappige lift in, die ons naar de 2e verdieping bracht. Toen waren we eindelijk in het hotel. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de zeer vriendelijke en enthousiaste receptioniste. Ze gaf ons zeer veel info over Florence. Ze bracht ons naar onze kamer in dit mooie sfeervolle hotel. Onze kamer is heerlijk koel en zeer ruim. De kamer heeft een groot comfortabel bed, een bank en een mooie badkamer met ruime douche. Het uitzicht was op de steeg dus niet heel bijzonder, de wifi werkte niet heel goed, maar de kamer was zo goed met zijn hoge plafond. En in Florence heb je op elke hoek van de straat een mooi uitzicht, dus dat was voor ons geen probleem. Het ontbijt was prima in de sfeervolle ontbijtruimte. Echt een heerlijk hotel. En het personeel is zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader.
