Yes, it is in the city centre, but it is not worth the cost. Firstly, the room was not cleaned to acceptable standards when I accessed the property: the floor had not been vacuumed or mopped, and surfaces were dusty. In addition, the bedding appeared dirty with lots of fluff on it. Furthermore, the mattress was slumping in the middle with no support given during the sleep. In addition, the other residents on floor 2 have been noisy and loud when returning to their rooms at nighttime by slamming doors and talking loudly. Lastly, the room was unbearably noisy at nighttime. At the point of booking, there was no mention on the website that I should have expected any night noises. However, the confirmation email from the reception confirmed to expect some 'night noise' as we are in the centre of Florence. Whilst this can be understandable, it fails to communicate or describe the extent of loud music, screaming, shouting, and loud vehicles throughout the night. I live in the city centre of a city, and I have not experienced anything like this. In addition, this additional email and information were provided after the booking was place, preventing me from cancelling. Furthermore, one would expect rooms to provide some shielding from outside noise, which the windows in the rooms did not provide. As a result, I did not sleep for 2 of the 3 nights. On day 1 of my stay, I had attempted to contact the reception via the number provided 3 times with no success. They have rejected my request for a refund based on the booking policy. However, they have failed to mention a significant factor, e.g. the unbearable noise, which will affect people's choice of booking.

The room was far from luxurious. The shower drain was totally blocked during our stay and when I requested to get it fixed was totally ignored. Mattress old, stained and lumpy. Really in bad condition.

Posto per temerari. Camera poco curata, peggio, sporca!! Bagno separato tipo ostelli, ma se volessi andare in ostello allora lo sceglierei io!!! Mentre qui si è adescati dal luxury ecc ma di luxury non c’è nulla!! Forse una volta ma ora no!! Materasso scomodo anzi scomodissimo che nemmeno a mondoconvenienza vendono!!! Sotto la camera locale notturno/pub che fanno schiamazzi tutta la notte e con musica a tutto volume. Avevo prenotato con la mia fidanzata ( che non è riuscita a chiudere occhio) qui tre notti ma già dopo la prima siamo costretti a scappare! A meno che siate sportivi o disperati non vi consiglio di venirci!

Estuve con mi pareja en abril de 2025, 3 noches, aparentemente estaba bien en las fotos y bien ubicado, Bien, ahora os cuento la experiencia real. De las 3 noches, estuvimos solo 1 , con eso creo que resumo mucho nuestra experiencia Lo primero, nos hicieron pagar 30 euros por llegar fuera de su "Horario" estipulado, más allá de pagar 30 euros, no paraba de escribirme al móvil la chica de la recepción, nada mas aterrizar a Florencia, ya estaba escribiéndome " Donde estas?" estoy esperando?", decidimos mi pareja y yo coger un bus desde el tren para llegar mas rápido y sin pagar tanto, bien pues la chica de la recepción le molestó que cogiéramos un bus, quería que cogeríamos el taxi para llegar cuanto antes. Eso no debe de ser tu primera experiencia nada mas llegar aun país de viaje. Cutre y mal educada. Cuando llegamos, todo eran puertas y muchas llaves hasta llegar a la habitación, se veía con pinta mala las puertas muy viejas y con 0 seguridad. Para que necesitan tanta llave? con un golpe se abrirían mejor.. Bien pues cuando llegamos a la habitación, no tenemos baño, estaba fuera en el pasillo, y encima en ese pasillo había otra habitación con huéspedes.. con lo que sí, para ir a hacer tus necesidades y ducharte tienes que atravesar run pasillo y encontrarte a tus vecinos de habitación. En NINGÚN MOMENTO ponían que fuéramos a usar baño fuera y compartido, nos tocó conformarnos porque no teníamos otra cosa. Continuando la aventura, la habitación con el suelo sucio signo de no haberse pasado el aspirador ni nada por el estilo, el colchón muy muy fino y nos pusieron una misera sabana finísima por encima, de tal manera que cuando amaneces , no hay manta y casi tocas el colchón de lo fino que es todo. baño sucio ni nos duchamos, y para colmo, la habitación estaba pegada a un pub nocturno de musica electrónica y estuvimos hasta las 3 sin pegar ojo. NO MERECE LA PENA NI POR LA UBICACIÓN CENTRICA. no vais a dormir con ese pub además del calor que hace en la habitación en abril, en verano con el calor.. como se abran las ventas paga y vamonos. Preferimos pagar mas y nos fuimos el resto de noches a otro apartamento CHULIIIISIMO y lejos de este.

Unico difetto di una vacanza altrimenti perfetta. La nostra camera aveva tutte le potenzialità per essere fantastica, invece era sporchissima e in pessimo stato di manutenzione. Tra le cose più assurde, all'interno abbiamo scoperto una porta chiusa a chiave non segnalata in alcun modo in fase di prenotazione. Cosa c'era dietro? Non ce lo hanno proprio detto. Mai pagato cosí tanto per avere cosí poco. Indimenticabile, ma non in senso positivo. Unico punto di forza: la posizione.

Nous avons été très déçus par la residenza historia « luxury » boutique, qui n’a de luxueux que le nom, pour les raisons évoquées ci-dessous : -Les 30 euros exigés en cash et immédiatement en cas d’arrivée après 18 h, - ménage très mal fait (poils vers le lit dans la salle de bain et poussière sous le lit) - lit en très mauvais état (matelas sur lequel il est très difficile de dormir tellement on s’enfonce dedans), - aucune vaisselle pour le café, - beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur (la résidence donne sur un théâtre et un club - pas d’ascenseur malgré les nombreuses marches pour accéder à l’appartement, - applique une taxe de séjour plus importante que celle prévue légalement pour les hôtels trois étoiles, - pas de possibilité de laisser gratuitement ses bagages et absence de réponse du personnel quand nous leur avons demandé.
