Front desk is friendly and helpful, breakfast is an added value, location near train station, easy access to other city nearby like Pisa leaning tower, walking distances from place of interest in Florence.

Good breakfast and coffee. Room is clean. Nothin to complain. Overall very good experience!

Breakfast was good, lots of options. location was excellent- right by the train station and bus stop for day trips. The service was nice and the gave us complimentary treats! It’s quite modern and so some of the lights were confusing but we enjoyed our stay.

Super nice staff and location is good! Very close to train station and central market, both are 5 mins walking distance from hotel! Breakfast is simple, small choices of food but it’s acceptable. Just the room are kinda too small for 2 person and can hear the noise from neighbors.

Great location, nice decor and friendly staff

櫃檯人員很親切，就算晚上11點回飯店也依舊有人員站崗，讓人感覺很安心安全。櫃檯前的迎賓糖果滿好吃的，早餐選項也滿給分的，房間床鋪也很舒適，飯店離車站又近，有電梯不需提行李爬上爬下，整體而言是間滿值得推薦旅遊居住的飯店。

房間十分整潔，服務員態度和藹親切，早餐超棒

그냥 적당했습니다 :) 너무 바라고 가면 안됩니다. 비싸지만 시설은 노후되엇 서 어쩔수없습니다. 무난했습니다. ㅎ

酒店地理位置良好，接近車站和大量餐廳，惟房間比較少，不過清潔用品也齊全，職員態度親切良好，下次也會再來！

前台服務態度非常認真，詳細講解城市地圖，美食街和遊客黑點，避免遊客中伏。地點十分方便，近超級市場，如果過了九點，本地超級市場關門了，可以到十一點關門的中國超級市場，步行三分鐘可以到達。

Excelente! Al llegar, nos tomaron nota para el check in y como era pronto nos guardaron las maletas. Después, al llegar estaban ya en la habitación. Nos encontramos unos dulces en la puerta, con una dedicatoria personalizada a nosotros, ¡un detallazo!. Al irnos, también nos guardaron mas maletas hasta que llegó la hora de nuestro tren. Los trabajadores muy gentiles, simpáticos y generosos. No se encuentra en todos los sitios. Las instalaciones geniales y el desayuno sublime! Repetiría sin dudarlo.

離火車站比較近，吃飯很方便，去折扣村離車站也很近，交通可以説很方便了，價格應該都吃在位置上了，房間很小，衞生做得不仔細，而且housekeeper早上很吵，影響休息

位置很好，去各大景點步行可到，周邊餐館也很多
