Extremely friendly receptionists. All love their job. However room condition is soso. Very old hotel.

Nice location easy to travel around .  Good service at hotel.

The facility was fair for the price

Location is great, near to railway station and the central market.The hotel had switch off the AC as it was cold outside. Hence have to open the balcony door to let the cold air come in. Unfortunately, it was raining that day and rain water sipped into the room and so did mosquitos. Feedbacked to the reception to turn on the AC but he said there is nothing he could do as it is already late at night and the person in charged had went home and asked me to leave the balcony door open and apply cream on my bites (irony here.. where to get cream at that timing?). He did, however, bring in towels to lay on the wet floor. Luckily it was a night's stay, otherwise, it would be a feast for the mozzies. Before i left, i saw 3 mozzies resting on the ceiling, waiting for the next victim.

It was our second stay at the hotel having started our trip to Tuscany from here. We were very happy with our earlier stay n thus decided to book the same hotel again when we were back from Tuscany tour.

Absolutely filthy hotel. There were stains all over the walls, a HORRIBLE SMELL in the bathroom, hairs on the floor, stains on the curtains, everything looked decrepit, and to top it all off, there was a long dark curly hair across the pineapple at the breakfast buffet, so I lost my appetite and couldn't have the breakfast that I paid for. I was truly horrified by this hotel. The only redeeming factor is the courteousness of the staff. I expressed my disappointment to the manager, who kindly switched me to another room, which was less horrific. She did the best she could with the options at hand, and I appreciate that. The location of the hotel is also convenient.

Nice experience

Отель в 5 минутах от ж/д вокзала, очень удобно. Небольшой одноместный номер с антикварным шкафом, в холодильнике бесплатная вода. Терраса на последнем этаже была на ремонте, так что вид увидеть не довелось. Завтрак без горячего, но много ветчины, сыра, есть яйца, вкуснейшие круассаны, овощи, фрукты. В номере чисто и тихо. Батарея в ванной горяченная. Чисто. Очень любезный персонал на ресепшен. Все понравилось.

環境：在市中心，離火車站很近6分鐘步行時間，主要景點也都是步行500米內距離。出門左轉100米有家樂福超市，可以隨時補給，這點非常方便。 衞生：和國內酒店打掃還是有差距的。 服務：不錯，一個壁燈壞了，打電話給前台馬上派人來修了；記得checkin的時候就問前台要拖鞋和熱水壺。 亮點：頂樓的露台是亮點，冬天意大利日出比較晚，今天本來7點半準備看日出，無奈有雲，但露台風景還是很不錯的，可以看到聖母百花大教堂的穹頂。

房間挺好的，離景點都特別近，衞生也不錯，忘記拍圖了，這個價位的酒店挺好的，主要是方便，離中央市場4分鐘步行，火車站4分鐘，聖母百花8分鐘。前台服務也不錯，推薦中國朋友們去住吧。

房間裏沒有熱水壺，需要向前台要。 位置很好，就是市中心繁華街道里，出門逛街方便。 前台服務也很好。很熱情

房間外在施工 窗户什麼都是遮着的 床頭牆裡不知道是排風扇還是什麼一直呼呼響 吵的人睡不着 去前台要了耳塞才勉強睡了…..而且價格虛高

展會期間價格實在太高，酒店挺有風格，整體還好，4樓的露台看風景非常美
