I don’t recommend this hotel , it not worth for money which you paid , you easy get many around better hotel around , be honest , room has a dump smell , all nights no heater cold enough then outdoor , morning no hot water , wait someone come to fix , delay for my trip bus , come to complaint to reception, even not apology, just seems like to say ＜ So What ＞ . Don’t know how they got they 4* , worst then 3

For stay it’s fine close the train station by walk 5 mins

Шаговая доступность от вокзала. Отель чистый, аккуратный. Есть внутренний дворик для перекура и красивый холл - гостиная. Номера стандарт небольшие, но интересно скомпонованные. Мы жили на мансардном этаже, с пульта открывалось потолочное окно. Здорово. Душ ванна туалет - норм. Читал сам в отзывах, подтверждаю: Трамвай с улицы - правда слышно, но если вы гуляли целый день, то его шум вечером не особенного напрягает. Кажется в 23.00 они вообще перестают ходить. Завтрак приемлемый: омлет, яйца, сосиски, бекон, нарезка мяса и сыров. Фрукты 3-4 вида, мюсли, круассаны разных видов, пирожные, соки. Кофе машина работают, там кофе вкуснее чем в кувшинах. Персонал - дружелюбный. Все что просили - помогали. Уборка в номере - с утра быстро, пока ходили на завтрак - номер уже в идеале. Рекомендуем.

位置還是比較方便的，性價比高，服務也很棒。酒店設施稍微老舊一點。房間內很大一股肥皂香，我倒是挺喜歡。進大堂會有幾個大台階，抬大箱子有點惱火。早餐一般，但是會有服務員問你要不要咖啡，可以給你做一杯cappuccino，外面還是要賣2-3歐哈哈哈

在炎熱的佛羅倫薩，這個房間的空調一點兒都不製冷，感覺衹有空調口那裡有一點涼風，房間的其他地方是一點兒涼意都沒有，晚上熱得根本睡不着。三人房是三張單人床，房間挺小的。離主火車站幾分鐘路程。前台服務人員中，有一個精神小夥兒服務還可以，另外一個年紀大點兒態度很不耐煩，不友好。總之夏天不推薦，太熱了。

房間有尿味，沒有電梯，晚上所有通道及樓梯並沒有照明系統，提供的早餐不是自己酒店本身的，只給你代用券到外面的餐廳使用，服務台長期沒有人，下午四時後便收工。根本不是什麼酒店，出入口在垃圾房旁邊，有大量黑人聚集，感覺上很不安全

酒店前台接待服務周到，熱情! 樂意幫助客人。

這個房間很大很乾凈很舒適，兩個洗手間，套間，可以住四個人，離火車站特別近

We stayed at Hotel embassy for 3 nights while visiting florence the hotel is clean and well kept, the communal areas are are stunning, the rooms are spacious and again clean beds made fresh every day new towels and tea coffee and mini bar restocked with water daily, the included breakfast is lovely good variety and the staff are really friendly and helpful would 100% recommend this hotel

Horrible experience, please never book this hotel for stay, booked two rooms and both entirely different rooms. One room had a very different layout, fridge not working, bed is broken, phone not working, I check in late and could not contact anyone at reception in a chilly night. Staff promised to provide a new room next morning but no use, not cooperative at all. Other room had no wifi, washroom’s door does not lock, room door does not lock. Never booking this place again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Embassy, Florence, and had an extremely disappointing experience. I had booked two rooms at the same time and for the same price, but they were completely different in quality. One room had a broken bed, a non-functional power outlet, and no water supply in the washroom—completely unacceptable! The second room was no better, with a broken main door lock and no working WiFi. When I raised these issues with the hotel staff, the response was unhelpful, and no real effort was made to resolve the problems. For the price paid, this level of service and maintenance is simply not acceptable. I expected at least basic amenities to function properly, but instead, I had to deal with inconvenience and frustration throughout my stay. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel—there are far better options in Florence that offer proper service, working facilities, and better value for money. Avoid this place at all costs!

We were greeted with a warm, patient smile of Federico, after a long and delayed flight....it was nice to see. He promptly allocated us our rooms with a warm welcome smile. He was very efficient and yet very patient with us. The following day we were greeted by lovely Martine, my husband asked her best shopping areas to go to and general questions...very very helpful. I am very happy to say undeniably both front desk reception were both welcoming, delightful,helpful as well as meticulous. Always aware and ready to assist. I was seated in reception on two very different days/night whilst waiting for my family, observing their interactions with other guests - delightful! This was my second stay at this particular hotel despite several visits to Firenze - it was always booked on my required days. Hotel Embassy was very clean ++, decor ++ staff++location ++ for places we wanted to visit. We found it pleasantly quiet, (yes - could hear the train/ tram - which I know may sound crazy but I loved it. It's not loud like our London trains.....infact it soothe me to sleep). I am so sorry not to have got the kitchen staff name during our stay 12th - 15th Dec. We were greeted by her beautiful smile. She kept our Lattes and chocolate flowing 😋 Thank you. The breakfast areas very clean and orderly. She ran a tight ship down there!!!! The breakfast selections were ample. Very quick with getting the table ready for the next guests. I cannot fault this hotel and staffs we met during our stay. It's a very resounding 5* review from me for sure. We are so looking forward to next year- hopefully we will be able to get 3 rooms🤣 Again thank you....see you next year!!!!
