Very minute rooms for single traveler. Hard to open luggage and even smaller than japan rooms… nice breakfast though and decors.

Hotel was good but lack of basic amenities in the room such as kettle. The Location was good as it was closed to tram station and easy access to Airport. Room was clean and tidy.

You can hear people talk and walk in the streets even in the early morning. Maybe it's near to the train station. Just stayed for a night, so it didn't bother me much. Morning my unit door is wide open by another room person. So if you are very private person then this might be a problem. For me its just 1 night to catch early train but will not stay if more than a night.

Absolutely do not recommend!!! Leaking walls! Discrimination! No air conditioning! Poor service and hygiene! My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing, not only because of the substandard facilities but also due to the treatment I received. The ceiling leaked, with the sound of dripping water persisting all night long. Worse still, the water continuously hit my face, preventing me from resting peacefully. I documented all this with photos and videos, but when I requested a room change, I was initially told there were no available rooms. Only after my persistent demands did they suddenly offer a room that was supposedly ready, leading me to suspect unfair treatment possibly because I am Asian. Adding to the frustration was the hotel's refusal to offer compensation, attributing the issue to "force majeure" and completely overlooking their fundamental responsibility to provide a safe and comfortable accommodation environment. This attitude of shirking responsibility, coupled with the staff's arrogance and lack of respect, made me feel a cold indifference that bordered on discrimination. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was not working (despite the hotel's advertisement of having air conditioning), and the staff simply said their air conditioning “doesn't work”. However, it seemed that air conditioning was working in some rooms, which made me suspect unequal treatment. Think twice before booking, if you don’t want to regret your trip to Florence, I recommend choosing another hotel that is more professional and respectful towards its guests. Sharing my experience, I hope to remind everyone to be careful when selecting a hotel. 绝对不推荐！！！墙壁漏水！歧视！没有空调！服务差 卫生差！ 这家酒店的住宿体验让我深感失望，不仅因为其低下的设施标准，更因为我所遭受的待遇。天花板漏水，滴水声整夜不止。更糟的是，漏水不断打到我的脸上，让我无法安心休息。我用照片和视频记录下这一切，但当我向酒店请求换房时，他们先是告诉我没有空房，随后在我坚持不懈下，突然就能提供一个已经准备好的房间，这不由得让人怀疑，是不是因为我是亚洲人，所以才会受到这样不公平的对待？ 更令人不满的是，当我们要求赔偿时，酒店将责任推给了“不可抗力”，完全忽视了他们在提供安全舒适住宿环境上的基本责任。这种推卸责任的态度，以及酒店服务人员高傲且不尊重客人的行为，让我深切感受到了被歧视的冷漠。 另外，房间内的空调不能使用（介绍中显示该酒店有空调），前台工作人员说他们酒店的空调就是doesn't work。然而，似乎部分房间的空调能够使用，这让我怀疑遭到了不平等的对待。 请三思而后行，如果你不想让你的佛罗伦萨之旅留下遗憾，我建议选择其他更加专业和尊重客人的酒店。分享我的经历，希望能提醒大家，在选择酒店时要谨慎。

Hotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel. Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…

I stayed with my aunt and my friend for 2 nights recently; we had 3 beds in the same room, 1 single and 1 double. The hotel had basic amenities - private bathroom which was a little small for me and a TV in the room. We didn't notice a kettle in the room but to be honest, we weren't really bothered since we had paid for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast had small selection of hot food: eggs and sausages were really good. The coffee machine wasn't working properly but the staff did everything they could to provide espressos for the guests. Speaking of the staff, they were so kind and amazing, The 1st staff we saw was kind enough to mark the local/popular attractions on the map and give us some guidance on what to do and where to go. They also gave us this incentive where we all got free breakfasts for the 2nd day after signing up to the hotel account (or something like that). The only major con about the stay was that our room was located right next to the elevator and it was noisy all morning and late at night so please if you can, ask for a faraway room!

The location is far away from the central station/center. Staff are nice though.

Closeby the airport, friendly front desk, very clean room with a private balcony!

Cozy hotel in the beautiful city Florence. The distance from the railway station is 20 minutes by tram. During our stay at the hotel, the Wi-Fi connections didn't work, and that was upsetting. There is only one restaurant near the place. I really like the interior and the service.

Although the location is pretty far from the city Centre, riding the tram was pretty easy and convenient (about 20 min to downtown). The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was buffet style with a variety of breads, baked goods, scrambled eggs, yogurts, meats and cheeses. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff are very diligent. Also the furniture choices for the room were perfect. Small side tables and a small desk didn’t take up too much space. The only things that were a bit dissatisfying were the noise level (we could hear other guests’ alarms in the morning and stomping in the upstairs rooms) and some parts of the room were a little worn or old, including some damage to the wall and baseboards, missing grates from the air conditioning vent.

The hotel is a bit far from the central train station. There is a tram connects the hotel and train station, but you need to walk around 8 minutes from the hotel to the tram station. However, if you take the plane, I think it is quite convenient to go to the airport.

5/5 for all-round, the beverage and meals it sold is at a higher price than the supermarkets but it is quite near to the supermarket staffs are all nice and friendly, they all know English, no need to worry about language barriers
