Hotel premises were classy and tidy. When arriving with 2 families we encountered a problem with the reservation. I had reserved a room and confirmed earlier facing the courtyard, not the street. This was confirmed by e-mail also. When arriving, they said my room is not ready, but confirmed again at the reception that it is facing the inside. When it was ready I got the room key. It was facing the street. I went back and complained that even after 2 confirmations by the Hotel, I got something else. We started rounds around the Hotel looking at available rooms in different buildings, but in the end got a smaller room than my travel buddies, with the same price, but facing the inside as requested. On Friday, when ordering drinks at the bar, the bartender probably thought I was Russian and replied to me by "Da". I got offended by this. On Saturday the Restaurant Manager overbilled us and started to complain that our dinner arrangements of 6 persons were too complicated for him to calculate correctly. We requested a recalculation and a new bill, which he in the end did but still complained that he was correct. It left a bad taste of the service. We have done more than 20 years of these trips to Hotels of 4-5 stars in the Alps, and the service experience here was probably the worst. But - the hotel was nice. Food in the Hotel Restaurant was OK and Breakfast was good.
