Had a lovely time at the hotel the staff were very attentive and helpful and nice! 😊 The free boat activities is a must loved the boat ride in the morning, and if you need more vegetarian options just ask the Chef. Also when i arrived there was no water bottle in my room but i could just call and they would bring so thats fine! Loved walking all along the beach and seeing how nice the water gets as you walk further down.

WOW, such a warm welcome to this amazing hotel from staff at front desk reception. Each and every member of staff has a warm friendly smile and welcome you with open arms. However, there was 1 or 2 who came across as being rude, this could be due to language barriers and their understanding of certain words or ways to explain hotel policies. We did have to request a drink of water on several occasions as we had early arrival and check in and use of facilities such as the bar is not until 2.00pm. So if you require a drink of water on arrival, be prepared to pay. The staff go above and beyond to assist you in any way they can, treat you like family to ensure you enjoy your stay. We had been here 2 weeks and sad to be leaving as we made some lovely friends and had great company each evening. It would be difficult to mention every staff member by name who have served us as I would hate to think I left anyone out. The general manager Dave Bundhoo should be proud of all his staff. Thank you Dave for your ensuring that not only your guests are a priority but also the staff who serve us each day. I'm not sure as to which hotel Inspire303013 stayed at as their review certainly does not match that of our experience. Breakfast: There is plenty of choice and if you have special dietary requirements then let the staff know, don't just presume they are mind readers. Lunch and dinner buffet, again lots of choices to choose from and also a menu is available for you to order from at a small cost. I celebrated my birthday on the 11th March and ordered the Lobster meal on offer. It was absaloutly amazing, cooked and served to perfection. Plus the extra surprise of a birthday cake and best wishes birthday song from all the staff. Thank you, you all made my birthday a special one. Love you all. Disabilities and access. Pearl Beach is disabled friendly and will go out of their way in order to accommodate to your needs. My hubby has mobility issues and he did not have to worry about using all of the facilities available. The only problem we encountered was sun loungers on the beach near to access areas as other guests were reserving chairs from very early morning or would move their loungers so close to you that you had little room to get on/off your seat. The All Inclusive package is superb. Beach towels provided and if you reserve the beautiful Club suite, then bath robes, toiletries, coffee machine, kettle and mini bar is included in the Club suite package as well as a turn down service. Our room maid Rubina was amazing, she looked after us well. Thank you. The hotel is due to close in June for 4 months in order for major renovations to take place. We also had the opportunity in which to visit the sister hotel next door. Beautiful fresh, crisp and clean hotel, however there is a warm family feel at Pearle Beach that I'm sure will spread over once renovations and other plans have taken place. The best experience ever... cozy atmosphere ...the beach the pool outstanding ..the food was great loved the grilled fish and i would like to thank mr patrick for the best cocktails ever...had a very great time ..enjoyed everything frm lunch to the tea time all was excellent..will be back soon for sure ...

Pearle beach hotel is really recommended. It was my second times but for a day package among girls. All the staffs are really amazing and always with a great smile. The bar man Mr Patrick was always ready to prepare new and serve us our cocktails. For the 2nd time The General Manager Mr Dave Bundhoo meet us and we had the opportunity to have a coffee again together. We have really appreciate it. Our lunch buffet was very delicious. We had really enjoyed our day. You make even ordinary moments feel extraordinary. We have really impressed with your ability towards your work. Thank you for your kindness. We had a lovely & excellent day at the hotel.

The hotel is a little run down (hence closing in June for a refurb) but everything else was brilliant. The staff are like one big happy family, the volume and choice of food is great and the location nice and relaxing. The pool was clean and inviting and we had a great time.

I came down for a work trip to Mauritius and the hotel was recommended. It was exactly what I needed for the duration of my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly, the beach was clean and easily accessible. The food was great and the staff always had something up their sleeve in terms of entertainment. I highly recommend it. They were also nice enough to make some golf bookings for me.

Warm welcome, helpful and friendly staff with a can-do attitude. Right on the beach overlooking turquoise blue lagoon. Lovely and refreshing swimming pool. Whilst the place is not a 5 star hotel, the customer service is 5 star under the great leadership of Mr Dave Bundhoo. My mum, sister and I enjoyed the lovely Serenity Spa. Ms Rekha was simply delightful. There's a great dive centre within 5 minute beach walk at La Pirogue. Will definitely be back here.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Pearl Beach Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully set up with a stunning sea-side view that made my day even more relaxing and memorable. A special thanks to Mrs Julietta and Mr. Viraj at the bar for their warm hospitality and excellent service. They made sure we were well taken care of and served us some amazing drinks that we thoroughly enjoyed. Their friendliness and attention to detail really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend Pearl Beach Hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway. I can’t wait to visit again

Staff not very welcoming. Having said that, it could attribute to their lack of confidence/ shyness in communicating in English. I would score the accommodation 4.5 as I had a pool view. I took a half board. Breakfast was ok. Dinner was a lot to be desired It was done on the cheap. What was offered was not value for money. You are better off with the local cuisine along the strip of road with a fraction of the cost. The pool bar service was a bit of a hit and miss. The outstanding members of staff were Patrick. He was outstanding

Hotel is small but nice. I spent 3 Nights there to rest a litte bit. I was warmly welcomed by the Manger Mr Dave Bundhoo who invited me to a welcome drink which was very nice and gave us the opportunity to know the various heads of department.I had also invited my guests to have a dinner with me and they were also fascinated with the choice on the buffet as well as the service. The service department as well as the kichen was fantastic. As I was very pleased with the tidyness of room , I proposed my wife another in the hotel, so we are coming back again in October 2025. I will also recomend this hotel to my friends here in Germany.

Exceptional hotel,beautiful breath taking scenery. All members of staff very friendly .Always ready to help.Special thank you to Juiletta in the dining area, her service was impeccable and made me and my family feel special.Definitely recommend this hotel, perfect for all ages.
