Was welcomed by the very friendly Dark haired Desk Manager. She swiftly glanced at the colors of my outfit and assigned me a room that perfectly matches... I found out that later as it was a pleasant surprise, she guessed that I drink lots of tea, so she gave me a huge luxury tea kettle to take to my room, some people are emotional genuises! She figured I booked this hotel because of the name... So she explained to me the historic significance of Fium-Icino and it's incredible subtle multi-player Ed lesser relation to the famous Rubicon, which used to be called Fium-Icino until the rediscovery of the Rubicon.. It's like all the Great rivers know each other! She explained that the Rubicon became associated with Barracks populism and the Tiber became associated with Aristocratic democracy and later on Enjoying Catholicism. The Hotel itself sits on the mouth of Second tributary canal that fed the new port of old Rome, because the original Tiber last miles were full of it! If you must see the older river Port is a 15 minute walk south across until you reach the North banks across of Ostia. As that settled in my mind, she explained the Tiber significance Upstream Rome... Small boats used to go up the Tiber deep into Umbria. The thought of all that was amazing, due to the Hotel significance it will be renovated into an exclusive Luxury 5 star Hotel, will be all Stone like the Monolithic Limestone honed filled sink, but with stone cladding everywhere it will become prohibitively expensive luxury hotel, but for now it's still an excellent Transit hotel... A good 1 hour walk from the airport, especially at night, make a right and follow the river North Bank of the new Canal and you will reach the Hotel... You can't miss it.

The room is very clean and the front desk receptionist is quite friendly. They also provides shuttle to the airport that only cost 5 euros.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hotel offers a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff us incredibly friendly. The rooms are clean and stylish, and the location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. A great choice for a welcoming and comfortable stay!

I like this hotel, I just get bus to reach hotel.

We have to spend the New Year 2024 at this place (arrived late at Fuimichino and Tiber looked like the best option in the area). I would say that the location was good, with a partial see view and pretty quiet. I also liked the choice of cafes around (small place serving fresh grilled fish and seafood is really the BEST!). Thought the hotel bar is definitely overpriced. The parking is right in front, you can also use the shuttle bus to Rome which is very convenient and fast. The room was spacious. Buuuut the furniture was definitely and visibly worn out. Guys, please, do smth with it. And the general attitude of the stuff was, let's say, cool. They showed no interest in you. I understand that the hotel is mostly used as a stopover by the travellers so the stuff doesn't bother. But for a NY (and in general) more warmth would change a lot.

Messaged property about shuttle service no reply Arrived to be told room was booked for 2 people not 3 which was the booking, given a foldable bed

It is the biggest hotel in town. The two has many restaurants. The hotel people were super help, especially a guy called Franscico. The room was about 300+sqft, and nice. I would say it is about a 3.5 star hotel. The taxi is about 30-40ur to FCO airport.

Very basic. Only to sleep, it's OK.

Best place to stay close to the Airport and in vibrant Fiumicino City. Close to all the best seafood restaurants
