The island is magical Facilities are alittle outdated but the staff are great and nature is truly amazing!!!!

Great location only 45 minute ferry from Cairns Marina. Hike to the Summit on Fitzroy Island, lay on Nudey Beach, whale watch from shore or order an eye fillet steak from the restaurant! Great for families

The hotel looks much better than the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and ready to help you with all your questions. The snorkelling around the island is great as well, but you have to rent out all the needed gear at extra price. You can also go on nice hikes, the view is spectacular! The island only has two restaurants, and one shop which closes at 4:30pm and the prices are higher than on the land. We recommend bringing your own snacks and water if you don’t drink from the tap. The breakfast is served at only one place for $35 per person for the buffet. There was not much to choose from, there was only one type of cheese and only pork available. The lunch is only served at Foxy’s, which is a second restaurant, it has a limited menu but it is a good place with big portions and good price. For dinner there are two options, either at Foxy’s, same menu as lunch, or at the restaurant where the breakfast was served. There you can choose two ($68) or three ($79) course menu, the choices are good, food is great as well, but the portions are on a smaller side. Overall the experience at this hotel was great, would definitely come back with the rest of the family but will bring our own snacks, water and fizzy drinks.

酒店位置和環境都不錯，在小島上爬山徒步很開心，登高望遠，見識到了風暴。 在海龜救助中心漲了很多知識，玻璃底船也不錯。 特別喜歡房間裏的大吊扇，除濕效果非常好。 酒店工作人員非常友好，回覆郵件也很及時。 可能由於人手不足或者人力成本太高，酒店房間3天打掃一次，中間需要自己動手稍微整理一下房間。 要注意的是去酒店的最後一班船是下午1點半，如果飛機到得晚就需要在凱恩斯住一晚，第二天再坐船。 我在訂航班和酒店的時候沒有注意這一點，導致第一天的酒店浪費了，又在凱恩斯臨時訂了一晚酒店。好處是第二天一早就可以去島上辦理入住，不用等到下午3點入住。

Kamers netjes, wel gedateerd en aan renovatie/opknapbeurt toe. Douche had zeer weinig druk. Geen plek om natte zwemkleding of handdoeken op te hangen. Zeer gehorig, verdieping erboven hoor je mensen steeds lopen, in ons geval kleine kinderen vanaf 6u smorgens. Zwembad koud maar schoon. Jammer dat poolbar al vroeg dicht ging. Restaurants genoeg keus en goede kwaliteit eten

Ma chambre était plutôt propre. Bien placée au calme et la salle de bain était sympa. Des petits produits pour se laver très bien. Seul bémol ma serviette de bain était troué mais ce n’est pas si grave, c’est juste dommage pour un hôtel « luxe » car jeter une serviette et en racheter une ne coûte rien par rapport au prix de la chambre. J’ai été agréablement surprise car au vu de tous les commentaires négatif j’avais une grosse appréhension mais tout c’est bien passé. Chambre bien, le restaurant du resort est vraiment excellent et je trouve que le prix est acceptable car très très bon merci au chef, de plus les serveuses sont vraiment adorables. Le personnel est agréable. Par contre j’ai rencontré un problème avant de venir sur l’île, j’avais réservé deux nuits à l’hôtel de Fitzroy sauf que je n’ai pu accéder à l’île la première nuit car j’atterrissais sur Cairns à 14h et il n’y a plus de ferry à partir de 13h30. J’ai essayé de contacter le service client de l’hôtel plusieurs fois mais ils ont refusé de me rembourser ou de me trouver un autre moyen d’accéder sur l’île. Donc service client 0 mais personnels de l’hôtel et d’excursion agréables.

フィッツロイ島での宿泊を強く勧めます‼️ 島内唯一のホテルリゾートです ホテル内のショップでスノーケルやフィンなど、当日に借りることができます！！とにかく海が綺麗で、沢山お魚も見れましたし、亀にも遭遇できました！！朝にはハイキングもしました！！比較的風もあって頂上からの景色は絶景でしたが、かなりキツかったですイイ運動になりました プールもとっても素敵した！！ビーチタオルも人数分お部屋にあるので心配なしです⭐︎レストランも評価が低かったのであまり期待してなかったですが、お勧めを聞いて注文して美味しかったです💖✨誕生日だと伝えたらデザートをかわいいプレートにしてくださいました♡ スタッフの方もとっても暖かくて、当日にケアンズへ帰るフェリーの時間を1本ずらせないかお願いしましたが、快く変更してくださいました！ また訪れたいホテルですフィッツロイ島やること盛り沢山なのでぜひ宿泊してみてください⭐︎

アメニティは少ないし、ウォーターサーバーもどこにあるかわからなかった。 けど景色はすごくきれいでした

まず、最初に案内された部屋が清掃されていなかったです。部屋を変えてもらったがその部屋もカビ臭かったです。 また、朝食のメニューで出された食事が見た目が悪く、味もあまりおいしくなかったです。 最後にホテルの部屋に忘れ物をしてしまい、ホテルに連絡を取ったが１週間以上経っても何も対応してくれなかった。

中心部から近いです！どこ行くにも徒歩10分ぐらいで行けちゃうので楽ちんです。

フィッツロイ島自体はとても気に入りました！！ 次回以降は日帰りでいいかなと思いました。 部屋はホコリ・カビ臭く、ベッドも生乾きで湿っていて 生乾き臭が強く寝れず残念でした。
