I've just returned from Sophia Boutique following a surprise getaway by my husband. I cant fault anything from this place. the staff are all great, the hotel is spotless. the breakfast is super delicious and generous . Great location, only 2km to go to OIA or you can jump on the bus for 2euros same cost if you going to Fira. Krystal was just so lovely and professional , she is a big asset to the hotel. a special shout out to Yvan from Georgia, to the lady who serves out the breakfast and also to the other guys who worked in the office (sorry didn't get their names).

This hotel was perfect for a quiet couples holiday, it felt like we were the only ones there most of the time. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was the best we have ever had on holiday. The hotel was decorated beautifully, well kept and very clean. The sunset views from the hotel are amazing, we preferred it over the famous Oia sunset. It was a short, easy walk into Oia with some lovely restraunts nearby if you don't fancy the walk.

Myself and my partner went to Sophia Boutique in August and we must say it was everything we wanted and more. I had been in contact with the hotel for several weeks before we arrived with a view of trying to sort out a proposal to my partner. Krystal helped me every step of the way with clear concise communication. From the 1st day we arrived and met with Krystal we both knew that we were in excellent hands. Throughout the whole 10 days we were there she was simply outstanding and it was her vision and unbridled dedication that made our proposal day something to truly treasure. We wished there were more stars we could give both Krystal and all the staff at Sophia Boutique, Ivan the bar man a simple delight, Eto the waitress superb and Ripon the who cleaned our plunge pool everyday with the biggest smile. There is simply not enough time to tell you about how wonderful Sophia Boutique is. The accommodation, pool, bar, location, staff, food all 1st class. We will be forever be in debt to Krystal and her team and will remain friends for life a truly magical experience thank you so much.

We arrived 3 hours late due to flight delays meaning we arrived at the hotel at 2.30am and unfortunately, we didn't call ahead so there was no one to check us in and we had to sleep outside by the pool on the sunbeds - so make sure you call ahead and let reception know if you're arriving at the hotel after 11pm!! Other than this slight mishap, there really is nothing bad I can say about this hotel. The location is great - there's a bus directly outside the hotel that you can get into Oia and it goes into Fira too - a one way trip is only €2 per person so excellent value for money. We took Uber everywhere else but reception will call a taxi for you if you need. We booked our Sunset Yacht Tour through reception and everything was handled smoothly. They just told us where to be and when - reception dealt with everything else. The rooms are great although not as spacious as you might think - very little space to hang clothes and dry clothes but they were clean and we got clean towels for the room and clean beach towels every day. Our private plunge pool was great as well - more than big enough for 2 people, private space and the view was incredible. The staff were incredibly helpful - especially Krystal - when she realised we had slept on the bed outside she showed us to our room immediately told us to rest up and then come and see her when we were ready. Eto and Ivan were great too - so friendly and helpful, ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast gets 5 stars from us - all freshy cooked and prepared for you depending on your selection (and there is plenty to choose from) and served with incredible views by the pool/bar. Honestly, I would stay here again in a heartbeat - no questions asked!
