Peppers Moonah Links Resort anmeldelser

I stayed for one night at Peppers Moonah Links Resort, in Room 10 at St Georges. When we entered the room, it was extremely hot and the air conditioning was broken. When my girlfriend and I woke up, we both had back pain from the bed. I didn’t expect to have this kind of experience. The place itself was fantastic, and the service at reception was very good and friendly.

It’s ok for staying one night.

Great place.for either couples or families. Great, simple breakfast on offer.

Very bad experience, we have been forced to pay extra for my son to stay and changed to a room that is totally different to what we have booked. We have rang the hotel and confirmed the room we booked can accomodate for 2 adult and one chd with no extra cost as long as we are happy that there will only be one king bed. But the night before check in, everything was changed. We were told we have to pay extra $100 for my son to stay and at check in on the day, we hace forced to change to another room which is totally different to what I booked originally. All they said ia apologise for any inconvenience. Both Trip.com and the hotel did not take any responsibility for this matter. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, large rooms and easy enough to check in

Chose this place as it was most convenient to go to the hot springs. Rooms was spacious abd clean.

Really nice location and resort, even if you're not into golf. Very close location to the thermal hot springs. Big room, beautiful bathroom and balcony.

A bit of traditional style of interior, but I liked the spacious lounge room and the garden view. The bathroom was clean, and the bathtub was a bit small with limited spare space around it. The lady in the restaurant was so kind to us and we enjoyed the breakfast. :)

這家酒店的服務很差，我同時預訂了兩間房，但卻被分配到不同的building中，而且按時辦理入住卻被通知沒有多餘的床加床了了（入住前諮詢過是可以加錢進行加床的），整體來説毫無服務可言，且酒店設施陳舊衞生一般，同樣房型的房間內部也存在一些差異，算是踩雷一次吧

服務人員態度非常差，設備陳舊。定了兩個房間竟然在兩個不同區域。我不會推薦我認識的人來這裏住宿因為體驗非常不好。

房間很大，酒店的設備也不錯，很方便，非常適合來13海灘高爾夫球場打球的球友住。球車可以開到入住的酒店房間的門口。
