Canadian Rockies Inn - Adults Only

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay in this surprising little inn. We booked at the last minute due to accomodation cancellation in Jasper. Luc, the owner, was extremely helpful and informative. He gave us lots of tips about what to see. Field is a tiny village and there’s no grocery shop but you can easily get supplies in Lake Louise, about a 15- 20 minute drive away. There are only 2 places to eat out here but this apartment had a kitchen so we were happy to cook. We did eat at the Truffle Pig one evening and it was quite good. ( You can’t book there so you need to go early to get a table.) Our upstairs, 2 bedroom apartment was terrific. It had everything we needed and was well decorated. The heater was lovely on one cold night. Bedding was lovely! It may not look very enticing from the outside, but it’s a real surprise inside. Roomy and quiet and relaxing! This locale suited us as we liked the peaceful, less crowded surroundings. It’s certainly nothing like Banff! The train history intrigued us and we visited the Spiral tunnels which were fascinating. Nearby Emerald Lake and the glorious falls are well worth a look. Go and see the Natural Bridge too. Awesome!

My wife and I had a three night break here on our trip through the Rockies. The accommodation was ideal, very clean and comfortable and Luke the owner/manager was very helpful. A great base to explore the area.

The Canadian Rockies Inn in Field is a wonderful spot to stay. The suites are newly renovated, very clean and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchenette is well stocked. I highly recommend staying here and will be back.

A great place to stay. The Inn is very well maintained, spacious, and clean. The room decor is calming. Luke (sp?) is very pleasant and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable. The mini kitchen had everything you need. The location is perfect if you are wanting to spend time at Emerald Lake area, Wapta falls, or Natural bridges. The few trains did not bother me, I quite like the sound of a train. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We slept very well. We look forward to returning again. Thanks Luke!
