衞生條件有點欠佳，服務特別不好。酒店要爬比較長比較陡的樓梯才到酒店，入住時久等還有人來接，幫忙拿行李，退房時小哥不願意幫忙拿大點的行李箱。如果有行李的考慮一下是否入住。

Big suite with large hot tub on terrace. Great sea view. Need to close doors at night as lots of bars and clubs with loud music close by. Staff very friendly and helpful, good location for exploring Fethiye, the Marina and walking the Lycian Way.

Before booking, please consider this review and avoid wasting your time and money here. 1. Exceptionally poor service: Upon check-in, we were given one less main key than needed. When we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found ourselves locked out. Despite multiple attempts to contact the staff, we were unable to reach anyone. It was only after contacting a neighboring resident that someone finally arrived with the key after a 40-minute wait. The staff member who eventually arrived was unhelpful and had a very poor attitude. 2. Significant communication issues: only one staff member on site who did not speak English. We had to use a translation app to communicate, which made the entire experience frustrating and far from what was described during booking. 3. Misleading reviews in the Google map: We arrived in 30-degree heat and had to climb over 500, rocky steps to reach the entrance. This was incredibly inconvenient and the suite did not provide any notice or assistance about the difficult access.

The building is nicely renovated and service & communication was friendly. View from the room is also great but dont expect to enjoy sunshine because of the direction of the facade. Thats all that was positive. Getting here with a car is a nightmare, no parking anywhere except paid otopark 300m away , it was 340tlr 24hrs. Then you walk towards agora restaurant and climb 137 steep stairs up to find the hotel. Nightclubs down the street are open until 4 in the morning and you will hear it for sure. There was a problem with water supply at the hotel and the water pump is located right outside the bedroom of apt. 3 which we had. It pumped through the night every 5seconds and it was LOUD. So we didnt really get any sleep. We complained about the pump in the evening but nothing was done to it. We booked and paid for 3 nights but decided to leave after the 1st nightmare night. This is a hotel for someone with good legs and hearing aid which you can turn off for the night

The property is inaccessible by road & impossible for taxi/car drivers to find. This is well known by the establishment who sent a link to find a nearby restaurant. I feel it's important travellers know about the lack of accessibility prior to booking, especially if you have large baggage or are not super fit - and even then (one of my party is super fit) it's still a workout. It's up 137 stairs on a track behind a restaurant, with no other food options except back down the stairs, then up again etc. The room was lovely, beautifully appointed with exceptional views. However I booked a twin room very specifically & was told when we arrived to just use the sofa as the other bed - with no linen provided, bed not made up etc. I thought that was very poor. It was also very noisy from club music the night we stayed which was a Saturday night. A lovely place that was spoilt by them not being up front about the severe lack of accessibility. :(
