Amazing spacious rooms in a small intimate setting, this is one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Service was impeccable start to finish, with staff at your disposal to assist with any need. Restaurant was amazing and one of the finest meals we had in Morocco. You won’t find a better hotel in Fes, and you may not find a better one in Morocco.

Check in is at 3pm or 15:00. We arrived at 5:30 pm or 17:30 and were made to wait more than 30 minutes outside while the room was being prepared. When we asked what time check in was supposed to be, we got a nasty response. This is a very bad way to start a visit.

We stayed at Riad Mayfez for 3 nights in October. Simply put, it is stunning... the perfect location, chic decor, clean/relaxing atmosphere, and great breakfast is hard to beat. The staff/service team is extremely friendly, and the hamam was excellent. Brought my rental car and the staff organized secure parking super close by. Will be staying there when next in Fez!

I stayed at another riad and decided to spend a day at the pool and hammam at the Riad Mayfez. What a delight. Rajae (I may be spelling it wrong), Houda and the rest of the team made my day just blissful. That was my first hammam and cannot wait to go back. Thank you for making my day so special. A most glorious, luxury, calm and friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. There is nothing to fault at this Rihad, first impressions were impressive, the public rooms ouze luxury, style and warmth. The suite I was in was absolutely stunning, a most comfortable bed with exceptional quality bedding. The bathroom was an absolute joy, a roll top bath which I like on holiday. The lighting was well done, the balcony was truly unique with views to die for. You really do feel you are staying in somewhere very special, in fact it is magical and you feel so happy knowing you picked this place to stay We enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the Mayfez. The food is fresh, original and very tasty. The most important thing which sets this hotel above anywhere else I have stayed is the hospitality of the team. Houda manages the Rihad with true professionalism and makes her guests truly feel at home. Her assistant Mohamid attention to detail and customer service is astonishing. Both of these peoples genuine care to their guests goes beyond and above anywhere I have stayed before. We stayed for 3 nights but wish we had booked for more but had to continue our tour of Morroco . The city of Fes is full of interesting history and lovely architecture. We booked a tour with the guide for a whole day which meant we were able to get round so much. I absolutely love what Fes has to offer, and the knowledge that we were going home to the Mayfes most comforting. Well done Houda on what you and your team have achieved at the Mayfes, you are shining stars and deserve every success and prosperity.

What a magical place that will make you feel at home. I travel a lot and Mayfez showed me a new way to travel. I first stayed here as somewhere to just rest. Mayfez should actually have been our destination! The team - Houda, Mohammed, Driss, and Rachid - are so dedicated, kind, and wonderful. They pay close attention to every detail during our stay: making sure all legs of our transportation are well planned, activities are smoothly coordinated, food are excellent, rooms are very comfortable. If there is any room for the team to go above and beyond, there is no hesitation that they will jump on the opportunity to offer assistance. They are a quick WhatsApp chat away. Mayfez is a true riad. Images will not do justice to this sublime wonder. When you walk around the property, you will discover endless treasures.
