Algilà Fes Riad Medina Charme Hotel

In my stay at the Algila Riad I found an authentic beauty in it's historic architecture, beautifully crafted and maintained and a graciousness of it's staff and hosts that I'd not anticipated. As a solo traveler on her first time in Morocco I was connected with seasoned guide who helped make the Medina more understandable in all its richness and complexity. Through my experience there I developed a sense of what true hospitality is in Morocco.

We are a couplle had a womderful stay in Riad Algila Fes which served us excellent breafast with tea and coffee and we enjoyed a lot. Especially Zouhair served nice tea and took extra efforts eg hot water jug and gave a final help in a very early morning when we depart the hotel. Diga gave a lot on Morrocco historical insights related to Arabic and others regions. That was a good conversation and reflecr a lot what we heard from other guides. We stayed three nights there and those became unforgettable experience in such January 2025. I trust this is a great start for us and very thanksful for all services and values they created. There were a few minor hardware challenges such as intermittent electric plugs on and off but a technician is dispatched soonest and we also learned quickly how to manage the plugs contact. This also makes sense how we enjoy in living in a history and this challenge is also becoming a good memory. We will aim to come again Morrocco and may have a next visit in some years later. Phenomenal experience. Rajar, Mohammed and the entire staff could not have been any more wonderful to us. They were the most helpful, kind, friendly and caring hotel staff we’ve had the pleasure of being with in a very long time. They made every exception we requested and took genuine care when things weren’t going the way we hoped. The Riad itself is tranquil and quiet and beautiful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, the water pressure is perfect, and the breakfast is free! The location is also great as you can walk down into the heart of the souks or easily navigate uphill to some of the best, tastiest and tourist-friendly restaurants in all of Fes without getting lost.

The room was clean and very quiet with large doors that opened up above a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was excellent and the biggest plus was the staff. They operated as if they were one big family and they welcomed us into the fold. Highly recommended

Algila is a beautiful property well managed by an extremely professional and service oriented set of people. From the word go they made us feel welcome and comfortable, taking care of each of us indivudually and our requirements. The well curated experience at Algila made our stay at Fes truly memorable. The Staff at the Riad are very friendly and professional, me and my friends felt the safest and at home! They really made sure we are comfortable and we had a good breakfast every morning. It is a must stay. I recommend everyone to consider this riad as an option.
