Love this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

My flight was cancelled due to weather conditions beyond my control (I provided all the evidence)! The hotel refused to reschedule the dates of my stay for a couple of days (even though there were vacancies), and they also refused to refund my money. They did not respond to email or WhatsApp, although I wrote to them several times two days or less before the booking.

유서 깊은 숙소에 머무다는것은 좋은 경험 이었어요 메디나 안에 위치해 숙소 찾기가 좀 힘들었어요 조식은 정성스럽게 내어 주셨는데 빵위주의 식사여서 좀 아쉬웠어요

在老城裡，按着導航可以找到。一家民宿，服務很熱情，含早餐，房間很大，樓頂的露台很不錯。整體很好。

亮點是比較有本地特色，下車後不用走太遠，能接受的距離，衞生間下水非常非常慢。

I really liked the place, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone without a shadow of the doubt. The location is great as well, very close to transportation and all the necessary amenities. Definitely will visit again

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It was good accommodation and I booked it for a week. Comfortable room, was very clean and it was located in an excellent location near the main historical area of the city including the traditional market.

Very nice road indeed, clean cozy rooms, with air conditioning , hot water, nice breakfast, welcoming stuff , love to stay, nice prices, very calm and quite, nice rooftop, I was traveling alone felt very safe and welcomed. Thank you very much!

Great stay, very nice dar with a friendly and most helpful staff. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was rich and tasteful. We even got our clothes washed for a few dirhams. Owner Omar plays beautifuly the Lute. We went back in time with this Dar’s mesmerising smell, looks and music

The riad is very characteristic e traditional. It also has terraces at various levels with a view that makes it absolutely worth taking into consideration, the view is wonderful. The rooms are large and the staff has a lot of confidentiality

in the heart of the city, authentic, clean, excellent hotel. The very delicious and local breakfast was satisfying and sufficient. If you want, you can also have dinner at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helps you with everything, I strongly recommend it.

A magical place with a magical atmosphere and delicious food! I had a few meals in this place and attended a music workshop by the owner Omar Chami. It is highly recommended! The place was clean the service was very professional and very clean.
