A nautical-inspired villa with unique characteristics, overlooking the wonderful sea of alghero.
The villa is on two levels (ground floor and first floor, reachable via three independent staircases) as well as an under floor where there is a large garage for cars (about 120 square meters) and a fully equipped laundry room.
All the rooms of which it is composed, with the sole exception of the service ones, face the sea and have large windows and verandas, which protect them from the summer sun and at the same time offer guests the view of a dream panorama, both inside and outside. inside the room and in the external space reserved for them.
