They took my hundred dollars deposit over a towel and management i’m just putting it out for everybody that they take your hundred dollar deposit for a dirty towel. They do not have that on the signs. managers have attitudes no good at all. The pool is nasty.

This place is outrageous! We stayed there and the accommodations were terrible but we were only staying one night so no big deal. The hotel provided us with TWO towels and TWO hand towels (no biggie). My son spilled an orange soda and we had to use a hand towel to clean it up….fast forward a few days and I realize that my 100$ security deposit has not been returned. I call and am told that they are keeping my deposit due to “heavily soiled towels”???????? So apparently they pay $100 per towel. I then called the hotel on Tuesday (after the holiday weekend) and was told the manager would not be there until THURSDAY at 10. Today comes, I call, and guess what? The manager is not there. They steal from families and I would not recommend ANYONE to stay here for any reason. They know that they are privately owned and can do this to people so they do. We stay at several hotels due to my kids sports and have NEVER had this issue or even made a complaint at any place that we have stayed. Please DO NOT book here.

$100.00 Cash Deposits? Lady at the counter told me there was no rooms on the first floor, without even looking to see if there was an available room. All I saw was a lot of empty rooms on the first floor. Also, I wondered around looking for my room, which was not even marked. Otherwise the room was nice.

The front staff are very rude. Never hot coffee made it was ice cold. They dont give extra pillows blankets towels ect. Pool was very green. Fight outside my room due to excessive drinking/partying. Got my 3 kids from ages newborn-13 woken up by yelling/fighting. Room are nasty.wouldnt stay again. Cant even reach anyone to make a complaint. The room also does NOT look like the pics. And they are non smoking but burn holes and stains on blankets/pillows

The rooms are nasty. The place is supposed to be getting redone. It’s not, it’s trashy. The tv barely works. People( workers) smoking pot. If you leave your deposit, you wont get it back. Toilets don’t flush. Only one light in the whole room. The beds are hard as the pavement outside.staff is rude. If you have issue with anything they will tell you that’s your promise not theirs. The list goes on. Spend ur money else where.

I had to pay a $100 cash deposit and at the end of my stay didn’t get it back because of makeup stains on the pillows. Absolute scam. DO NOT waste your money here. the rooms are covered in dirt because of “construction”. Save yourself time and money and stay somewhere else.
