While we're excited about these enhancements, we want to be upfront with you: construction work, including concrete and steel repairs, as well as balcony renovations, will create noise during daytime hours for approximately 12 months. During balcony work, access to your unit's balcony may be temporarily restricted or blocked. Construction Hours are 8am-5:30 M-F, no work on weekends. All units at Amelia by the Sea have a direct ocean breeze blowing across the balcony and this unit is certainly no exception. You have a table and four chairs here for your comfort while you enjoy your morning coffee, lunch or dinner, or you just listen to the sound of the surf and seagulls as you watch the sunrise. The 800 ft fishing pier is available to our guests and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The swimming pool, which is on the ocean side of the building, has been completely redone and is now glistening in the sun ready for your arrival!
