location is great with close proximity to the river and the bridge, and also to the pier where we took the boat.

Just middle of the Fenghuang ancient village. Nice to see the river view and walk around. May be a little bit noisy at night.

The room was amazing because it’s at the center of the ancient city. They also have washing machine which was very helpful although it didn’t have the drying feature but we just hung our clothes so it wasn’t really a problem. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. I traveled with my mom (64yo) and aunt (52yo). We had many luggages so we were very afraid of having to carry it up & down the stairs. 1 day before our arrival I texted them via Wechat and they said they’ll be waiting for us at the stair to help us carry the luggages. The owner and the front desk lady not only helped us on our arrival but also on our departure at 8am in the morning. They helped us to buy the boat ticket which I’d say is a must! The boat ride was definitely my top highlight of visiting China. They also helped to book our morning car ride to the station. All in all, their helpfulness was what makes the stay felt so comfortable. 10/10 definitely would recommend to anyone.

Good place in the ancient city not far from the main attractions

The hotel host is cute and lovely. Good location and good view. Hotel decorations a bit old style.

The owner is friendly and very helpful, picked us up at the tourist centre and also help with the luggages. The place is very convenient, next to Fenghuang bridge. We can see some might performances from our balcony. There also have a roof top that can see a better view. Thank you, we had a good time in Fenghuang.

Good view from the balcony. The staff met us at Nan Hua Men to bring us to the hotel. There was no free train station pick up/drop off. Toilet was leaking hence the entire cubicle was wet all the time. Hairdryer was not working. Overall decent for the price.

Excellent service and staff went to help pick us up from the main road and help out with our luggage to the hotel and their family dog was so cute

Lousy hotel, very disgusting especially the toilet area with lots of water flow out from the bathe and washing machine. Just practically bad design of the water flow where water is trapped with nowhere to go. Still long flight of steps from the entrance where cab drop us. I booked this place as saw some good reviews in Chinese say they went in hotel before decide and pay after comparing for few hotels so I pick this room instead but it is not value for money. I rather pay more for another hotel closer to the road. The whole ancient city is practically hard to travel if you have heavy luggage. Cab is also private only so it makes price not standardize. I give 3 stars which is good service as they help me to carry the luggage up the stairs when I leave the place, the balcony is okay but it is beside stream so lots of mosquito / bugs.

Hotel is in the middle of the city. Location is great, very clean and the view from the room is amazing!! Also, the owner is very helpful and he did his best to make our stay enjoyable. We definitely tecommend this hotel to fellow travellers!!

Very nice location, balcony looks over to the river. Room is slightly old but beds are nice and overall quite pleasant.

We had a great time staying here. We found the bed in our original room was too firm. After providing this feedback to the reception, they quickly moved us to another hotel of theirs which turns out to be an upgrade. The washing machine is a very helpful feature given we had been traveling for a while.

Hotel is in a good location with helpful staff. The view from the top balcony is stunning and the rooms are in good condition with useful amenities. Would recommend!
